We had a wonderful stay in a great, beautiful location.

The location was great with a beautiful ocean view. The staff were wonderful especially the bar staff and restaurant staff. Every one was courteous and enthusiastic.

We had an ocean view but with half a balcony where the two chairs and small table barely fit. We were also on the third floor and all of the cigarette, cigar and marijuana smoke drifted onto our balcony which made our time on the balcony very limited. Perhaps more explanation and measurements should be stated on the booking sites as to the actual size of the accommodations and balconies.

Rooms are small, but that’s to expected as this is an old hotel. It’s expensive to stay here and they charge a bunch of extra fees including parking.

I love the fact that I was able to travel and bring my 85# Yellow lab Axel, who was treated with respect and love.

We stayed in room 205, the walkway from the elevator to our room was dirty from the day we got there until the day we left.

Had a small beach (one of the only in Key West) property was beautifully maintained, with lots of cool hang out nooks and spots. Staff was great

Our shower leaked a lot of water onto the bathroom floor so we used up a lot of towels. Could use updated stripping on the door to easily fix

Ocean view room’s windows are old and non openable and not clean. Room was clean, but needs renovation. You have to pay for a vehicle parking in the property. Overpriced, money not worth the experience. Beach was not cleaned from sea grass and smells bad.

Ok hotel, but too expensive for what you get

It’s an ok place, but a bit dated. Room was large, but bathroom was not entirely clean. Housekeeping did not vacuum clean the floor while we’re there. Generally, it is just a bit too expensive for what you get. Which is a shame, as the property is well located and the property could be real nice if the owner invested in it. In the other hand, given the kind of tourists that are attracted to Key West, that is probably not what the owners really want or need. Staff was nice.

It was even more amazing in person than the photos on line. Staff was amazing, food was amazing. This place was perfect and we would definitely go back again! The deal we got on booking.com was incredible. I can not say enough good things about the resort, food, location and the deals from booking.com. I would give it 100% and 5 stars!!! Absolutely amazing experience!

Please fix your room service ordering process

The only issue was the room service serving hours and the fact you cannot order room service without a US phone number, this is very short sighted when you have international travellers staying with you, this was a real disappointment but thankfully Tim at reception was a saviour and couldn’t have been more helpful for us

We really enjoyed sitting on the beach, taking in the scenery, having drinks and lunch. The whole experience was Fantastic! Getting Uber's was very easy as well when we went out to enjoy the town.

Our room smelled at first. Trash was in the hall that someone had left outside there room in the evening and was not picked up until the morning. Need more service staff for the beach, our poor girl was running around and had very little help with taking orders.

The beach was beautiful and the rooms were beautiful too very big. 99.9% of the staff were fantastic I know they were under stress with the new bar opening that day. The pool was lovely and it really just was an awesome stay.

It was odd to me that in such a nice hotel there weren’t any robes. The soap dispensers in our room were broken and there wasn’t a mini bar with anything. But really my main issue was my boyfriend had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and we needed our car from valet. There was no one out which made sense at 4 am but when I went to find someone I was yelled at by the person working there while my boyfriend was experiencing a medical emergency and it really rubbed me the wrong way. He could have said “how can I help you” versus “you can’t be here” - I simple knocked at the door to the staff area - I did not walk in. It wasn’t a good feeling.
