Perfect place to stay to enjoy Key West!

Brilliant location, so close to so many great restaurants and bars but also so peraceful and quiet. All the staff are absolutely excellent and a special mention for Cary who was great at check in and remembered our names the following day. Great breakfast and happy hour with a free drink and snackls is a great touch.

Paradise!

The Almond Tree Inn was centrally located for us, very clean, comfortable with nice amenities, hot tub and pool. We were able to walk almost everywhere in a reasonable amount of time. The community feels very safe even for a woman in her 70's walking alone at night. It's about a 15 minute walk from the Almond Tree Inn to the Key West Bight with docks and marina, and approximately a 20 minute walk to the Fort West Gardens at Fort West Martello. The Almond Tree Inn offered a nice breakfast with simple foods, like the yummy bagels! Juice and coffee, always a fresh jar of cucumber water all day long. There were nice appetizers for Happy Hour and great wine, in my estimation! The room we had faced the courtyard, hot tub, and pool. It was relatively quiet unless there were loud individuals in the courtyard, then it was annoying when trying to sleep. The rooms are relatively spacious, well designed for maximum usage. Plenty of closet and drawer space for us. A comfortable King bed. The shower was very spacious and it and the commode were closed off from the wash space. The room amenities were great, a Keurig (nice touch), great frig. Very clean. Everything was in working order and the air conditioner worked well. The staff were very helpful and courteous at all times! We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

A lovely small Adults only property with everything you need, close to everything! We walked everywhere.. no car needed!

The cocktail hours by the pool was an excellent way to unwind and relax before dinner. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast we have ever had.

Rooms are updated and clean. Continental breakfast was ample and diverse, coffee and OJ great. Would have liked to see liquor served at happy hours but not a big deal. Location is very good and it is quiet.

Everything about our stay was AMAZING! Christine at the front desk was super sweet and helpful, breakfast and happy hour were a huge plus and our room was super clean and nicely decorated. The pool within steps of our room was an awesome addition as well! 11/10 will recommend to anyone else- hope to stay again!!

Has it all!

Everything was great. From the moment you checked in you felt appreciated. The little things like robes, coffee, fridge, and microwave in your room were great. An exceptional free continental breakfast and then a happy hour with a free drink and munchies. Very resably priced.

Only downside to the property was the rooms were a bit small, but not cramped. It was perfect for a 3 night stay, but don’t think I could do it for a week.

Breakfast was very good. More food than I expected for continental breakfast. Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and bar. Right next to trolley tour stop.

Overall, we liked our stay, however, we felt the Almond Tree Inn was not a good value for the price.

The people who work at Almond Tree Inn are friendly and helpful. Breakfast items are displayed nicely and the people serving and assisting with breakfast are pleasant. A happy hour is also held each evening. The location and proximity to Duval Street, the southern-most point, Hemmingway House, Truman Winter White House, Mallory Square, etc are within walking distance

The Almond Tree Inn is an older motel that has been renovated to acceptable standards. The rooms are small. Our bed springs or bed frame was squeaky. We could hear conversations taking place outside our room. We stayed two nights and parked our white SUV in their parking lot for $30 per night. When we left, we had little black spots all over the car. After the seven hour ride home, we took the care to a car wash. It took three runs through the car wash and manual scrubbing to remove the little black droppings. We were told it was gecko droppings.

Very welcoming staff, details such as linen tablecloths/vases of flowers on breakfast tables. Top quality toiletries and towels. Quiet area but convenient for Duval Street.
