The property was very nice. Peaceful and in a great location. Staff was nice. All in all I would recommend this place.
I didn’t like that I had to tell them every day that we needed service such as fresh towels, trash collection, etc. In my opinion they should just have a placard to hang on the door if we don’t want it. I also chose the smaller room which was 75 sq ft. I had no idea the concept of how small it was. One side of the bed had only about 6” of space between the bed and the wall which made it extremely difficult to get in and out of bed. It would work if there is only one person staying in the room.

The property is a great location off of Duvall street so close to everything. The outside area by the pool is nice to sit snd eat.,
We didn’t know until we showed up that the parking was 2 blocks away. Rooms were small but that seems to be normal for the area. The room we stayed in on the first floor had too much light coming in at night so the staff put up sheets to help. It helped a little but I prefer a darker room. Breakfast had a nice variety but was missing non dairy milk options and packets of hot cereal. They also do not make any decaffeinated coffee in the morning which surprised me. I like to have regular and some decaf so I don’t get too much caffeine.

The location and generally ok it needs updating and improved bedding.
The cleaning staff was great. The pool atmosphere could be improved greatly , sometimes we had music. The pool bar was never open you had to leave the property for any kind of beverage or food “munchies”.

Location Was Good and Included Parking.
Breakfast was, Coffee, Bread, Bagels and muffin as well as cooked eggs
Parking is one Block away
A/.C was not cooling even thou we had it running all night long, told staff but it wasn't fixed, in the humid air it is necessary to have A/C Going
