We had a great time. Walked to the different sights and went to some great restaurants.

Very clean and beautiful property. Love the historical inn. Location was very convenient. Inn was walking distance from the Historic seaport where all the restaurants and bars are located. Owner and staff were polite and gave us there recommendations which were great.

Very small room, no closet. We, couple, had a three week holiday, so two big suitcases…. Quite messy. For a short stay with one suitcase you should be fine!

The best hotel in Key West

We absolutely loved our stay at the Porch. Room was comfortable and very quiet, location was incredible and we couldn't get enough of the neighborhood and it's beautiful architecture. In case you arrive by car, do not worry about parking, it was extremely easy to find a spot each time. We will definitely be back!

Cute old house. Extremely limited parking.

Loved the rocking chairs on the porch. The shower was good and the towels were good. We took the boat to Dry Tortugas and the hotel was within walking distance. Also loved the ice maker in the room. Also enjoyed the ceiling fan.

The lack of parking will by my reason for never staying here again. There is only parallel parking along the streets and most of the spaces are marked Residential. We drove around for quite a while before we found a space to park. The room only had one chair inside so one of us had to sit on the bed. The room is small, but maybe lose the small chest and add a chair. The bed mattress was not that comfortable. Also be aware that this place does not have a 24hour front desk. We stayed two nights and never saw anyone. They texted me the information I needed and left instructions for us.

Back garden was nice. Private entrance was great. Shower was amazing!

No secured parking. A/C did not work on the 3rd night. Room was not accessible to me (5 foot) but fine for my husband (6ft 3). Bed too high and sink is set back too far from edge making access very difficult to wash face & brush teeth. Had to stand on tip toes and still made a mess. Only saw very top of head in bathroom mirror. Asked for a stool but was told none was available. Suggest getting one. One of the bed posts blocked viewing the TV.

Exceptional

We had the best stay here and we highly recommend it. They called us before our trip to see if we needed help booking any activities while we were there. Jeff made us coffee every morning and gave us wonderful suggestions of places to eat during our stay. I could go on and on about this property! The rooms are updated and clean. It was in a great location. We could walk to everything and if we did need an Uber we were able to get one in under 2 min. We will definitely be back! Thank you Jeff for such a great stay!

Great place to stay in a historical building for a good price

The location and price were excellent. Staff were fantastic and happy to help with information about best places to go in the area and connect to outings.

It is an older building and comes with the quirks of an older building. None of it was horrible, but I think it’s important to be aware of (thin walls so that I could hear the bathroom of my neighbors and their conversation, a somewhat narrow staircase to get up to the rooms, stairs & hallway were loud if someone was coming/going like older creaky staircase).

The porch off our room…we used it morning and late at night.

One of the chairs on the porch was in need of repair. No armoire for clothes…water wasn’t replenished…no safe for valuables.

fantastic property run by lovely people

Fantastic property run by the loveliest people. the room was comfortable and we were given free access to bicycles to ride around to places we wanted to see. We were also given sunscreen in our room that we could take with us for our days out. They also had beach towels to use. Coffee and snacks were provided in the morning. Great stay and would highly recommend!

Amazing Experience

My wife and i, Arrived Friday the 9th of Sept and stayed til the 11th, was greeted as we arrived. Host took our bags and walked us into the check-in area. And explained everything to us about the Key West area restaurants, site seeing and attractions. The room was amazing from the big king sized bed to the beautiful shower and bathroom area. Was warned about the roosters being loud but we barely heard any. Went shopping, site seeing, to the beach and host also gave us drink, food and attraction discount tickets which was awesome. One hell of a place to stay, my wife Emily and i would definitely come here again it’s like visiting family and staying in an extra room. Quiet and convenient area of the Keys. Joshua and Emily

The perfect place to enjoy and relax in Key West!

Jess was incredible as a host! He was extremely friendly and kind to us from the moment I booked the reservation. He was very insightful for places to go to and what to do on the island. We used the bikes at the inn for our whole trip, and never had to get in the car once! The location was amazing on the island, it was close enough to walk to all the bars and restaurants but located in a quiet neighborhood so sleeping wasn't an issue at night. We absolutely would come back to this Inn, and already started planning when we will be back!

Exceptional

The Porch is beautifully restored and appropriately decorated. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The second floor porch was a peaceful place to relax with our morning coffee. The complimentary bicycles were a blessing and made the visit even more special. This was our favorite stay in Key West and would definitely stay here on our next visit.

Overall, a lovely place for adults.

It was so nice that Jeff came at 1am to check us in when we arrived there. The room was cute and spacious for us. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, and lovely aesthetic. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner smelled wonderful.

It did not have a pool and no breakfast.
