Great location two blocks off Duval. Can walk and bike to everything. Nice historic property that is well maintained. Nice small pool and great breakfast.
Our room was the pool cabana. Extremely small but all other rooms very nice and good sized. If a short stay this room is fine but not for more than a day or two. Get a larger room if so.

The breakfast was excellent and location perfect, 2 blocks from Duval Street.
The property is on a main road so there is occaisional street noise.

The feeling that you live in the house that looks and feels like Ernest Hemingway's house that is 5-minute walk from it. It is nicest house with a charm of old house (in a good way), home-made breakfast, wonderful stuff who is willing to help you to get the most pleasant experience from Key West. It is very close to Duval Street and you can walk anywhere from this little hotel.
Everything was perfect

The property is maintained in amazing physical condition. Key West is not an easy place to keep up with the constant hot and humid conditions, the tropical rains and continuous turnover of visitors coming to enjoy the weather and charm of Key West. Over the years, we have stayed in more elegantly preserved and well cared for home converted to a most hospitable B&B. The staff, both management and housekeeping, do an amazing job of caring for their guests. The love of owners and staff for this beautiful inn is clearly shown by their care for it and their guests.
Nothing. Its central location to upper and lower old town is ideal, and on property parking makes the whole island accessible, an ideal location for guest driving to Key West. We did walk a lot getting to all our favorite spots, but we slept soundly as a result. I thought being on Truman Ave might be a drawback, but it definitely was not by the way the property is set back and landscaped.

It was lovely, aside from the fact that every passing car, loud truck and yelling group of tourists on the street outside. could be hear distinctly. The Inn was lovely in agreeing to refund the rest of the stay so we could move to a place where we could sleep.
A B&B used to have a host who lived there. This place had three different staff in the day and night we stayed. Breakfast we nuked quiche bought elsewhere, banana bread bought elsewhere... just a visit to the 711 and a cup of coffee would be the same. Pretty sad.

Great location and welcoming, homely hotel. I enjoyed the simple, honest charm of the place. After a long drive it was nice to have a good room, a place to park, and a friendly welcome. Everything was done well - for example I liked breakfast being kept to a simple selection of things in reasonable quantities but all quality and tasty rather than a huge portion of food I wouldn’t eat.
Everything was done well. One small comment would be the bed in the Cabana was a little squeaky and the room was fun and charming but a little small for anything more than a couple of nights. It was perfect for our stay though.

The property and grounds are maintained to the highest standards. Beautiful property.
The owner and staff went out of their way make us feel welcome and to accommodate my wife’s dietary restrictions.
The breakfast was very nicely presented, and the food was excellent.
More tea selections would be nice. But if that is all that comes to mind after some serious thought, that should tell anyone reading how nice our stay was.

The location although walking distance to everything I wish the walk would’ve been shorter.

Great location, breakfast was pretty much the same daily, not much variety, but still delicious

Good location, close to Duval St.
On site parking was useful
Room was small and was basically a pool store converted to a room

Simple breakfasts. Decent location to Duval St.
Parking expense. Better breakfast, loner bikes seems appropriate for the cost.

The Conch House is beautiful and has such character. Perfect location to get around town old town and a lovely pool and decking area for relaxing. The staff are lovely and very helpful, and made us feel so welcome, and the breakfast is great too!

Very nice, historic property, very clean, very tastefully decorated. Nice pool area.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Walking distance to all interesting spots, bike rental in the hotel, parking cheap and directly at the accommodation.
Just too loud for people like me who are a lighter sleeper. Street noises, loud air conditioning and humming refrigerator (I had the small cottage by the pool) made restful sleep difficult. I turned off the technical devices overnight because of that. However, this made it very warm in the room at times. Jazz music playing from 8 am
on (beginning of breakfasttime in the yard/pool area).
Breakfast was tasty, but very sugary. however, I would have appreciated a little healthier options such as Overnight Oats. This is not expensive or elaborate, but does not have as much sugar. Maybe due to my european taste, you can't please everyone.

The historic charm of a Key West home has been maintained wonderfully. The pool is refreshing. The grounds are well groomed. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are actual locals and longtime employees who are friendly and helpful.
The only and I mean ONLY drawback is that it sits on one of the main roads through town. The scooters and traffic start moving about 7a.m. so if you're a light sleeper it will probably wake you up.

Cleanliness and near Duval. Room with an outside balcony. Quiet area.
The breakfast was continental and had nothing for someone on a low carb diet. The in-room coffee machine didn’t work. Staff were sometimes pleasant, other times coolly efficient

Facility was very nice. Location was pretty central. Wifi, Pool, Balcony. Checked all our boxes.
Breakfast - Assume it was adequate for the location. I'm from Texas, so I enjoy large breakfast - eggs, bacon, toast, grits, etc. ciche and fruit is more of a snack for me. Not complaining about the taste or quality.
