Bad stay wouldn’t recommend to anyone waste of money

Looks can be deceiving

Location and spacious 2bdrm room

Drain was plugged in one bathroom, other bathroom didn’t have a plug, pull out bed mattress very stained, and when attempting to rearrange mattress to the cleaner end, a bunch of crumbs and trash was visible underneath. Morning breakfast was disappointing, attendant had no desire to refill items or help.

Filthy, unkempt with rude staff

Location was good.

1. The hall and room smelled like rotten vegetables. The room smelled of cigarettes. 2. The breakfast was not good. Food was tasteless. Staff was irritated that we asked for them to fix the pancake machine. The lady was super rude and bothered. Dining area was dirty and no one was cleaning up. 3. Used the pullout bed/sofa. Mattress was stained and old. Tons of debris underneath. Filthy.

Comfortable and co

Location and staff It was great having a kitchen and the staff was very accommodating with our couple of glitches

There was no heat in our first room and we had to move a weeks worth of stuff, including groceries, at midnight to a new room. We were awakened at 2:30 am by an overwhelming stench of marijuana permeating into our room and unbearable in the hallway.

Breakfast is included but it’s just ok. Also, only 1 elevator for our building and it was on the opposite end so we walked up and down 3 flights of stairs every time.

Overall, the room was very good, great value. More than satisfied with the stay.

Breakfast was great, warm food. Room was very accommodating, full kitchen and fridge. Location was excellent with many things within walking distance.

Phone didn't work making it impossible to phone the front desk for any issues. Towel rack was broke and was never properly fixed during our stay. Remodeling was constantly going on with debris being left in the hallways. Couldn't get regular room service unless requested.

Very spacious and well equipped suite - would definitely stay again.

Very good, spacious room with bedroom, lounge, well equipped kitchen and bathroom . Although we didn't get a chance to use the facilities gym, pool etc, it was nice to be given the option.

There was only one tv remote for two tv's and it did not work. Plenty of cutlery but only one fork. One decaf coffee pouch and no others. So had to go to reception to sort out these issues - still did not receive the missing fork. Both kitchen and bathroom sinks were partially blocked and drained very slowly.

Wonderful Stay

The room was nice and very comfortable. Facilities were clean. They surprised me with a room upgrade when I got there, free of charge. It was SO nice having a stocked kitchenette in the room. It was so much better than your average hotel.

They ran out of breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and took over 20 minutes to bring out more

Room wasn’t clean, sink was backing up in the first room we were given, and later found out in many of the rooms making the entire building smelled like rotten wet food, the AC and ice machine didnt work in second room. Checked out early and asked for refund because it was so bad

After me and my family got situated a 6

When I got there my room wasn't ready due to short staff the room that was ready wasn't satisfactory the room door was broken and it wasn't clean. Krista, the house manager, tried her best to accommodate and upgrade me to a better room. Driving 3 hours and my room wasn't ready it took another 2 hours till me and my family were able to relax. After that, my stay was excellent. Thank you, Krista!!

Having to change rooms 3 times till I got the room I could be comfortable in. I would have been happy with the room I reserved, but after going through all the changes, Krista wanted my stay to be a relaxing one, again Thank you, Krista, you were awesome!!

Under expectations

The rooms have good space.

It’s about a problem. They are not open to hear and help. Everything that they said is: “are politicians” or “is the system”. I had a problem with my reservation; during the payment process by mistake I didn’t pay attention at the dates and they were wrong. Booking.com does not help. Property doesn’t help.

No stay. Baited into driving 5 hrs to either pay $550 more or drive 5 hrs home at night.

Showed up for prebooked prepaid room at checkin time and they told us there was not a room and they had booked us one at a vastly lower quality hotel nearby. They would not even speak about anything else and said I had to call booking.com. They essentially kicked me out. Booking.com essentially called me garbage and that I was receiving no refund or compensation for the fact they trapped us hours from home with no place to stay then further wasted several hours of my time in the phone only to tell me too bad and that my choice was to drive 5 hours home that night at 8pm after driving 5 hours to get there, or pay $550 IN ADDITION to what I’d already prebooked for the only available hotel room in the city, which was a dump. Here is the review I wrote for the place they tried to send us: There was no stay. My pregnant wife and I showed up for our prebooked stay, waited 20 minutes in line in the lobby with the screaming barking pitbull and someone’s kids video game blasting so nobody could hear what anyone was saying. After checking in we dragged out bags up to our non smoking room and a literal plume of cigarette smoke poured out and we started coughing and eyes watering. Window had been propped open with fan by the housekeeping, so the hotel 100% knew they were putting us in that ashtray of a room. We went back down to lobby and waited another 20 minutes in line to be told there were no more rooms available (there were, but they didn’t want to give us a room that cost $20 more than we paid so they said there weren’t). We had booked months in advance so now that we were stranded, all of Reno was booked and the only room available was $600+ on other side of town so we had to drive home 5 hours that night. I don’t know how it’s even legal to do what extended stay America did to us. They wouldn’t even refund the stay, I had to file a credit card claim to recover my money.

We did not get the two room suite that we reserved and did not get a second room until night two. Our son had to sleep on the Coach cushions because we are a family of 5, hench why we booked a two room suite. The first night we were right next to a door that kept banging shut starting at 5am. It shook the entire wall of the room we were in. Also when we checked in someone else was at the desk complaining about poop being on their bed. Ew!

People did not pick up after their dog in the grass pet area. So you really had to watch where you walked if you walked your dog in that grass. Poop was in many different places throughout the grass.

Couldn't tell ya'...

OK, another property with whom you neglected to investigate as I still have yet to make it to Reno due to a breakdown with my vehicle. I have already canceled all 20+ of my bookings through Booking.com as you are significantly DISCONNECTED from your clients. I have sent no less than 8 direct communications with you without any response. Two of those pertained to a serious injury I sustained at a major hotel in San Diego due to a leaky -and faulty- hydraulics door closure which required a visit to urgent care. Booking.com has yet to react or respond. I suppose their phone staff -wherever they sre- didn't have this scenario in their script... Farewell, Booking.com!!!
