If it were free, stay. If over 1$ run far away!!!

Nothing. It’s old, smells like mildew, and overpriced.

When I arrived at 11pm no one was at the front desk. I waited at least 15 minutes for the transporter to arrive. The shuttle bus arrived and I was finally allowed in.

The location is near the airport, so not a lot available that is super close. Room was nice, bed comfortable.

You have to do a QR code for parking that you have to pay for that you have no clue the amount. You also have to pay for breakfast, these were not clear when I booked the hotel.

The front desk was great. Most of the housekeeping & maintenance staff was excellent. The area was decent.

The walls were paper thin. The windows didn't open for any fresh air...The smell of weed in the building was not pleasant. Some things, like the plugs to the lamps, were covered in dust. A few housekeepers would slam doors early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep.

You’re better off going to a casino hotel nearby that’s much nicer for the same price,

The staff was very nice, and the rooms were pretty big.

You have to pay to park your car here even though they have a parking lot, they don’t have any cameras to protect your car so we had someone steal our bikes off our bike rack and they said there was nothing they could do. The price we payed was the same we payed for a casino hotel nearby and the casino was much much nicer with free parking. The room was ok but definitely old and hadn’t been updated for at least 20 years. The furniture needs to be changed and most of it is stained.

Charge for parking, even for handicapped. Charge for breakfast and don’t have a lot of the usual things on a breakfast buffet like waffle or pancakes. Room were comfortable and clean but didn’t have things like shower caps or lotion. Bathroom was very small no place to hang wet towels except for one small hook on back of door

An OK airport hotel with a great team

Having been “avalanched” in the Sierra Nevada, and having managed two days after to arrive to Reno, we were looking for a hotel in front of the airport. This Hyatt is the place for that. Nice staff. Very clean place

A lot of small details. Getting the shuttle via a phone call, using the Hyatt phone system nécessitates a phone calls systems’ agility, we did not have. Getting the hotel internet is complicated. The coffee machine in the room had no coffee pot. The choice proposed for dinner is very basic…

convenient location. Bagged breakfast for early departure.

Airport shuttle was only a large SUV that held 3-4 people with bags. For our early morning flight, there was quite the queue at 4:20am. We ended up having some of our party walk to the airport so the rest of our party could fit with our bags in a single trip.
