Had a good rest

The room was clean and comfortable. Also there was no noise outside the rooms.

comfortable bed. Premises in midst of renovation. No TV--which was okay with me, but should be advertised. Very slow internet speeds. I was there for a bed to sleep in at night.

Was not very happy with the stay at Days Inn will not be staying there again!!

Rude lady at front desk! Dried up pee on toilet seat. Only gave us 2 big towels. And would not give us any clean towels unless we took our dirty towels to office! Had kids running around banging on doors yelling at 11pm to about 130am

Friendly staff

Mold on the shower curtain. Makeup on the pillow cases. Some dried, unknown substance in a corner that was splattered on the floor and walls. The floor would’ve been more comfortable than the bed.

Disgusting! Holy Cockroaches!

Absolutely Nothing.

To not have a room infested with cockroaches. They were crawling out headboard and paintings. Cockriach feces and egg sacs under furniture. Worse of all they charged me 4xs but dont want to refund me any of my money. Place should be shut down. Its so unsanitized and unhealthy environment.

Very convenient location and excellent clean room rate.

The room seemed to be very well remodeled and was very clean. Floor was new material (not carpet and very clean. Very cloase to the airport. I left a dress pant accidently in the closet and when I called them (Sonya and Ebi) and front desk, Ebi let me know. Thank you!

There seems no handy place to eat nearby or vending machines. (I was not sure. I checked-in dark time).

When I first arrived, they gave me a room that smelled like cigarette really really bad then they changed me to 128. You couldn’t even lock the door and there was a lot of people around partying all night.

On your website, it says you guys serve breakfast. There was no breakfast no coffee no nothing false advertisement.

When I booked online it said breakfast was included, when I checked in they said there would be coffee only coffee, they must be under renovations, but trash everywhere the pool was not usable, we had 2 rooms one of which the privacy latch was broke, we found a gross crusty towel under our bed and a bug in the sink and a hand print on the picture behind the bed. The bed was uncomfortable, it said a hairdryer was in room, but no hairdryer was. The luggage stand was broken the towel rack was broken, there was no creamer for the lobby coffee. And to top it was grossly way overpriced. Unacceptable.

This was my second time one my deposits were not refunded the first time the never fixed the bathroom sink the total 12 days and they lied about fixing it each day the second stay the tv never worked right they promised to fix and never did 4 days in arrow and bathroom door never would close the quality of Remodle work sucks

DON'T STAY HERE!

The room itself was pretty nice and clean

They refused to honor the price quoted by booking. Com dispute having a confirmation # and email from you! They say they serve breakfast and are pet friendly neither is true. They charged a $135 security deposit TWICE to the wrong card and when I told them about it they said that's just how the system works and I'd get it back in 5 days!! No warning. Also tried to charge for a service dog and were obviously dangerously unaware of the Americans with disabilities act and what they can and cannot ask related to a service dog. I'm surprised they haven't been sued TBH

If you are not interested in breakfast or relaxing at the pool, you you'll be fine.

The room was clean and the morning staff was friendly.

The evening staff that checked me in was not friendly. Parking was not near the room. I paid for the room because the website said they offered complimentary breakfast and a pool. There was a sign at the desk that also confirmed continental breakfast, but we were told only coffee and juice was available. Not only do they not serve breakfast, but the pool was not open for maintenance/construction. .

Easy to get to off the freeway

The room needs some major refurbishments-especially for that price. The main light switch (when entering the room) didn’t work.And they still took a $100 from my bank account as a security deposit. Now I have to constantly remember to check my balance to see if the funds were actually refunded onto my account. Plus given the condition of the room and the bathroom that’s an insult. Also I chose this property because breakfast was included, but that was a bunch bs, it was not offered. The receptionist claimed the property was recently acquired. If that’s the case then the new owners would have been obligated to take over

the rooms had no bugs and were almost pretty clean. it was right off the freeway. Beds were comfy to me.

the shower would fill up to your ankles, and it stated that breakfast was included, which is why we went with them and they had a pool. Breakfast was coffee and juice that they were out of, and the pool was closed. the website said it was closed in 2023 until 2023. one of the beds had stains on the sheets.

It was not what we thought we were getting, at all

It was quick & last minute and they had room for us

It was not clean, the towels were dirty, shower curtain had mold, there were pets in there before so the doors were scratched up and there was a dog bone under the bed. The door didn’t have a safety latch which made me super nervous traveling alone with kids. They didn’t tell us the pool was out of service until we arrived and then said it was too late to cancel. I hope they clean it up and do better.

The room was fine, probably the only solid part of our stay, but there was a random water bottle, still half drunk, sitting on the nightstand and the TV had a big ding in the screen.

Took 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in, he was nowhere to be found, their ad says they have a pool, wifi, and breakfast…. Pools closed for a year, NO internet, and breakfast was a muffin & juice. Property was in bad shape, caution tape over hand rails, run-down and not pretty

The place smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in there even though I reserved non-smoking. There was no breakfast (false advertising)! Super loud music and people yelling right outside my window at 6am was awful.

The gentleman that checked me in was kind and professional. He tried to be as cheerful as possible in spite of my clear disappointment.

Breakfast was not offered although advertised on the website, my tub was filthy with hair and a ring of dirt around the inside. The sink didn't work properly so the drainage was extremely slow. The pool wasn't available. Unsure of how long they've been in business at this location and perhaps they're trying to gain footing so I try to have some understanding but unfortunately it didn't work for me and I had to eat the cost and checked out
