Sketchy outside

The shower water pressure was probably the best thing about the stay. The bed was pretty comfortable just a little squeaky when moving around.

The area around the hotel was so sketchy, when we arrived at the hotel there were groups of people just staring us down from the casino side luckily casino security came and broke them up. Definitely not welcoming, it almost made me regret booking this.

Christmas at Reno

The registration staff at check-in were extremely friendly and helpful. Mina, in particular, made check-in smooth and welcoming, and we truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, with no noticeable outside noise, which made for a very restful stay.

At checkout, however, one of the registration staff members was a bit dismissive toward my husband when he requested a luggage cart. That interaction stood out as less pleasant compared to the otherwise excellent service we experienced. One small drawback was that the room did not include a microwave or refrigerator, which would have been convenient. Overall, our experience was excellent, and aside from a few minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

nobody told me you served breakfast, only coffee at 7:00 a.m. long after I leave for work.

your daytime female staff in particular were extremely rude and unhelpful and eyewitnessed the same thing with multiple other people. there was also multiple times I had to sit and wait at the counter for 5-10 minutes waiting for staff

1. Reception clerks not uniformed and don’t look you in the eye 2. Booked a king suite got a two double bed room 3. Pubic hairs in shower and on one of the beds 4. Open used soap bars in shower 5. Open bottle of water 6. Trash in room 7. Beds extremely uncomfortable 8. Pillows were the size of sofa throw pillows and not enough of them 9. Only one bed had a comforter 10. Bed sheets smelled musty Furniture ripped and old 11. Art removed from wall and wall paper was not changed 12. Huge gaps in door 13. Beautiful scene of the roof and air conditioners 14. ALOT of unhoused people in the lobby, casino and roaming around the property We demand a refund This is exactly why I don’t book a Wyndham hotel

I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't even fit thru the doorway to get into the room my son went in and the room was dirty the beds weren't even made and it was 3 in the afternoon the front desk lady acted like oh well not her problem and she didn't even try and accommodate us we asked for a refund and left. Thankfully, the term 'didn't like' does not describe my experience; let's use the term 'made you uncomfortable, unsure, 'waiting for the shoe to drop': a. upon arrival, there was a gal doing business on the phone canceling her reservation...yada yada yada like I wanted to hear any of her dilemma b. upon entering the property, the reality of your Reno homeless situation is everywhere c. the fire alram evac at 2:34 am early morning 17 August, though organized and rather quick all things considering, was a shoe dropping. Thankfully, the smoke and a whatever the heck mistiness is that must've been minor and usual. The fireman did the all clear extremely quickly.

Room and lobby clean. The staff, especially Dorren and Claudia. They had coffee and muffin because they didn't have restaurant.

False advertising on 2 restaurants. No restaurants. Casino is not your normal casino. Outside full of not so decent people. More like street people. No good security for guest or hotel staff. The young security guard in the lobby was just on his phone for the 3 days that we were there. The so call Diner in the casino was considered a 2nd restaurant. It was far from it.

Decent stay for what you pay

They were kind enough to upgrade us to a suite on the top floor which my girls and I absolutely appreciated a lot.

Carpets were old and worn and seemed dirty. The fridge in our suite had a hard time closing because the freezer portion needed to be thawed out so badly we couldn't use it.

Horrible experience never will go back

The beds were comfortable on the fourth floor however some friends of ours that traveled with us and were on the 12th floor had horrible beds that felt like they were sleeping on the flat box. Springs.

It took us almost 2 hours to check in. They had to downgrade his rooms because it still wasn’t ready. They were not ADA compliant with a Service Dog insisting that we had to be on the pet floor, which is against the law. You cannot segregate service animals. I booked six months ahead of time noted that I had a Service Dog and still had to wait the two hours. I had gotten a discount for early Reservation reservations to upgraded room. They gave us a $10 night discount for the downgraded room which was still more expensive than my original price staff was rude would not comply with the ADA compliance would not remove refrigerator in as requested for medical needs. There was literally drug and sex transactions occurring in the parking lot. The homeless was outrageous. We stayed here last year in 2024 and it was not like this very disappointed and will never return.
