The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Not sure what could be done about it, seems that there were more transients in the area outside the entrance. But no one ever bothered us.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed: reasonably firm mattress, pillows neither too fat and solid nor too thin and skimpy. Good lighting, for working at desk and for reading in bed. No problems with noise. Elevator worked well.
Problems with the wi-fi for most of the evening. It cut out completely several times, and when it was running was quite slow, causing a number of websites to time out. This is a serious problem: while I like this hotel very much, I'll have to look for another place if I experience further wi-fi trouble.
