The worst hotel experience we've ever had!

No breakfast

Our door keys almost never worked we had to keep going to the front desk to get help. Every time I did the new key wouldn't work. The maintenance man had to break in through the windows to get us in. That went on for 4 days and never was fixed or moved. Wifi didn't work even though they kept telling us they'd reboot it. It was the worse motel experience we've ever had. I'll never stay there again

Dryer took $0.75 I went to tell front desk and she had a little attitude and told me I had to call because they didn't belong to the motel. Still have not got my money back. Then she got upset for asking if I could change $3.00 for the other dryer.

We are a family of 5 so we couldn’t all fit in a single room. We had to get 2 rooms and the rooms were not next to each other and were also upstairs so it was a challenge taking our large suitcases up the stairs.

As always, Motel 6 offered me an immaculate room. Reception staff were very pleasant.

The bed in my room had a mattress that had buckled completely. The wi-fi (advertised right on the Motel 6 sign!) didn't work. The location was AWFUL. The place was 50 feet from a frantically busy freeway. Even though my room was not directly facing the highway, the noise was so horrific I couldn't be heard when talking on the phone. In that I couldn't get wi-fi, I needed directions from staff to get back onto Hy 395 north--and they gave me wrong directions that sent me toward Sacramento instead of Susanville. Their directions made my trip two hours longer.

We have never had such an awful experience as we did in this room.

Toilet did not flush waste on its own. Had to get a plunger at the desk at 11 PM. This was not a good time to be roaming the hallways. We did not feel safe. The light fixture in the shower leaked water for several hours from the room up above. Turned light off to take shower in morning to make sure electrocution did not happen. It was very noisy outside our room with people laughing and shouting until very late, maybe 3 or 4 am. Our sheets were not pristinely clean; there were little spots and specks on them. We were promised a refund but it did not happen, although I did telephone three or four times.

So far it’s one of the most ugly places you can stay there was blood on the sheets and on the carpet. Also in the morning when I when to get something on my car my windows were broken. I don’t recommend to anyone. Specially if you’re staying with your family. Go find a different place to be safe.

The staff kept turning on freezing air like to run away and has rude, nonchalant stealing behaviors. Let criminals stay for free and always fight each time I book here. A bad African family works here and racist, tears up the building including weird.

Cruel comments by office staff grandma is NOT OK.

Its all ok but one gal at the front desk was cruel on that the moment I walked out of her b office she said incredibly cruel comments. I was really hurt. And she's a grand ma yet!

Lady at the front desk was kind and welcoming.

The room was filthy and smelled horrible. TV would turn off right after we turned it on. Remote was broken and slimy. Second room TV worked, but smelled almost as bad. Took us 2 hours to scrub everything enough to be able to stay.

I like the property because it is used for the city in case of homelessness and special events including has good rates.

The employees are rude, don’t give refunds with dissatisfaction or cancellation and don’t communicate with the manager effectively on your behalf. Make the rooms extremely cold to run you away, no higher temp in the room more than 75 degrees in the winter months.

The beds are horrible, the shower doesn’t get that hot and for taller people you have to bend down to even get wet. I would suggest staying on 2nd floor we had people above us that sounded like they were rearranging the whole room the entire night.

Excellent location, 1 block from interstate 80 and between Reno and Sparks plus a few blocks from the Livestock Events Center.....

One night heard a reveler making noise outside but for a brief period. Being Hot August Nights, not surprised, since all rooms were taken being a full house.

It was good enough for what I needed. A place to sleep and shower.

For the price, it was what I expected. That being said, I did not spend very much time there. Basically just slept there and showered there.

The floors were terrible. I could not walk around without shoes or some kind of foot covering on. All of the planks where coming apart and I would scrape my feet if I was barefoot.
