Staff was unhelpful. They kept referring to the kiosk. There is a large "resort fee" charge that is returned if you don't use certain facilities. Seems like a good deal until you actually check in. We won't be back.

The staff was great. The carpet in my room either needs deep-cleaning or should be replaced. The elevators smelled of cigarette smoke (kind of disgusting). The swimming poot & jacuzzi closed too early (8pm). We would have appreciated being able to spend time in the jacuzzi after dinner, but no-go.

We had a nice room on the 5th floor. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was the loud noise the pipes made when taking a shower. Im sure the noise was heard by our neighbors too.

Old hotel with slow elevators and escalators always broken. Those two things wouldn't be so bad if there were stairs but those didn't make the cut in the final architectural design. The room was updated but now very clean. Smoking is allowed in the casino which was gross.

The water piping in the hotel made so much clanking clunking sound at night I had to put in earplugs to sleep. It was still making noise in the morning.

There was loud banging throughout the night and morning. I went to the front desk @3am to tell them, they said they would comp me their resort fee but they never did. Overall, nice room but terrible service. I don’t think they’ve earned my business.

showed up 20 minutes and was told if we wanted to check in early it was $25. I have never in my 51 years of life have even had to pay extra to check in 20 minutes early. What a sham. Won't ever stay there again.

The hotel itself was great but the hotel room was out dated. The walls were so thin we could hear the people using the bathroom and their music. With all the resort fee you would think that they would at least get new pillows because the ones we had had yellow stains which was unpleasant. There was hair on the shampoo dispenser. The sheets looks like they smelt good and wasn’t changed. Over all the staff at the deli was great. Probably would NOT come back.

The check-in went very fast was provided water while waiting got to the room dropped off our luggage when heading out the door for dinner noticed that there was some leftover food from the previous guests. That was a little well got back took a shower the towel smelt so bad that we didn’t even dry off with the towels, we air dried other than that. It’s still a good place to stay just one little hiccup this trip.
