THIEVING STAFF

I didn’t like a damn thing

Getting to the motel was crappy, there’s no trailer parking. The staff called me and woke me up at 11pm to tell me this. The beds were hard as rocks, but not as hard or lumpy as the pillows. Upon check-out, I left my purse behind in my room, I called staff to ask about it and they said no one turned it in, 30 minutes later, multiple fraud charges. The staff are thieves and liars.

It was cheap and they allowed pets.

There was a lot of sketchy activity there. It wasn't really close to anything but the highway. The dog park was just dirt. You have to leave a large cash deposit.

It was close to the airport.

There was no TV remote in the room and it was on the second floor and I had heavy luggage to lug up two flights of stairs.

Staff were very polite. Love that my emotional support, Dusty was welcome and even had a designated play/bathroom area. The room was clean and comfortable!

I was ripped of from the start They charged me $184.00 extra for the extra night I added to my original booking and already paid for. They put me in a dirty handicapped room where i could barely use the shower and when I asked to be moved they refused. during the 4 days I was there my room was never cleaned or serviced. All but one of their staff was offensive.

Will be staying here again very different then I expected.

Staff on 24 hours monitoring security screens and doing walk arounds. We felt safe and were in view of our vehicle. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet even though it is right up against highway 80.

Absolutely horrible felt dirty coming out the shower

Absolutely nothing except for the fact that it was close to the freeway entrance

The room was absolutely disgusting. I’m pretty sure they have bugs and the bathroom was disgusting. The floors were disgusting. The counters were disgusting and there was fuzzes everywhere when I use the black light there’s some weird blood splat all over the room or something weird
