The staff was helpful and polite. The room was very clean. The A/C and heat worked great. Nice large tv with working remote. Plenty of hot water while showering. The ONLY complaint I have is with the dog walking area. It's an unmainted dirt area with lots of broken glass, weeds, stickers and dog poop which inconsiderate owners don't pick up. They need to invest in a decent dog area because most of their customers have dogs.

Clogged toilet, sink wouldnt drain, stains in bathtub, dirty sheets, no microwave, no refrigerator like it shows in advertisement.

The room was clean, typical hotel. Towels were only enough for 2 ppl. Definitely not enough soap. Tv was horrible. Staff were friendly. I wouldnt stay there again.

I stayed here one year ago. It was ok . But I could not make myself stay this time. The room was horrible! Every thing was worn out! The door did not lock. The toilet seat needed to be replaced. The tv remote did not work. The bed had hair all over it. The room was cold and the heat did not want to work. I stayed just enough time to book another room and left. I’ve seen better up kept motel 6. This was yucky

Not sure if I was more upset about the pee stain, curtains hanging off the curtain rod or the mattress laying in the pool area. I will never ever stay at another Motel 6.

The room was clean and comfortable. The internet access was the worst.

Great staff, great servive, lots of damages in the particular room I stayed in but they do the best they can!

I'll start with the positives. The HVAC unit worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the microwave and fridge worked. Now the negatives. Only 1 of the four reading lights on the bedposts worked. The one end table was broken. The fridge door would only open halfway before becoming stuck on the floor. The water in the shower was barely warm, never got hot. The towels were rough as sandpaper. The tap in the sink had to be turned on very slowly, otherwise it would spray water everywhere. There were no tissues and barely enough toilet paper. The toilet paper was single-ply, narrow gas station bathroom quality. The stairs were steep, cracked, and worn down and the 2nd floor walkway was narrow and rickety. There wasn't enough parking, and what was available was very cramped and tight spaces. We saw a guest openly, casually, smoking crack outside his room door. We've used Motel 6 my entire life but, in the last few years, each one we've stayed in has been progressively more run-down. It's a shame. It used to be a decent chain that's always been affordable. But I'm not sure we'll be using them anymore going forward.

The only thing I liked about this place was the distance from my ultimate destination. The heater didn't work just blew cold air, the water sputtered everywhere_the ROOM was the most disgusting filthy vile place- quickly to learn is consistent room by room as other guest rooms are just as disgusting and filthy. ! I went there with my dog and had the decency to pick up after him including my room which I had to go buy cleaning supplies for to clean to even be able to continue staying there. And let's make one thing very clear, because a person has to pay budget prices, and lodge at budget lodging, does not in any way shape or form give any acceptable excuse for a motel/hotel/holiday Inn to be filthy to begin with!! I don't know where that rhetoric began or why, but I know many, truly amazing decent poor people that enjoy taking their families on vacation but do it on a low-income budget- why shouldn't WE, at the very least,3xp ect to have a clean room, clean bathroom an bedding is literally the least we are asking for by staying at a budget friendly just because we can't afford a 4 or 5 star place!! Let me also clarify, my original reservation was supposed to begin on Monday through Thursday, due to my medical health and conditions we had to leave much later but guess who communicated with the motel 6 directly?? Honestly, the best place to stay in Reno. The friendliest staff and always so kind. I will only stay here. Very clean rooms, amazing beds, pet friendly. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

It’s a clean place

Check-in is shown as 3pm but room still not ready when we arrived after 5. Staff was rude - when asking when room would be ready was basically blown off. Area did not feel safe. Observed insects in room.

They cancelled my two nights and charged me again but higher price and only refunded one night. I was running late that day
