A little outdated and the heater was kind of loud but our overall stay was good. The room was clean and the check in was easy.

Staffing for Valet was horrible. We ended up waiting four times longer then 15 minutes just for someone to show up to take our ticket. Our last morning was a 20 minute wait. Plus they do not allow guest to use luggage carts, so we had to make 3 trips back and forth to thw room..

Very friendly and professional staff, I brought my service dog with her papers and the front desk was very polite. I'll be coming back in the next few months. I recommend circus circus, there's fun for all ages all in walking distance.

TLDR: Severe Management Failures and Poor Guest Experience I was deeply disappointed by the lack of operational oversight. Despite arriving at 5:00 PM on a Saturday (peak check-in) with a pre-completed QR code, the self-check-in kiosks were down for maintenance. The resulting line was wrapped around the corner and remained stagnant. What was most frustrating was the staffing: only 3 of the 11+ registration desks were open despite the system outage. It was only after I called to complain that they opened additional desks (one more immediately and another desk 10 min after). This reactive approach suggests a lack of proactive management. Why not take those steps before someone had to call? Who is managing this essential process? They don’t care how long guests were waiting, how long they spend time lining up vs on casino floor, etc. It shows a complete disregard for guest time and hotel management. The issues continued once I reached my room in the Sky Tower: • Maintenance Issues: The thermostat was non-functional. • Poor Service Recovery: When I called the operator, I was told I would have to return to the lobby and wait in the massive line again just to get a new room assigned. • Billing Discrepancies: I was charged a resort fee of over $44, which exceeded the amount on my original invoice. I’m waiting for maintenance for over 90 min

Everything about the room and property was fine. Check in was a nightmare. Partially my fault, but for an hour and a half no one was helpful, even though I proposed several solutions. The answer was no, with no explanation as to why. FINALLY, someone showed up and said, "no problem!" and we were in our room within minutes. Staff could be more committed to problem-solving

Unpleasant. Dirty carpet. Ay night. Even during day homeless crack head and pee on drugs in. I witness one went to bathroom 2 hours when she came out she was very sick about to die. Not safe it’s sad it’s please for children mostly but it’s crap

Not worth it. Parking is confusing. The construction here is atrocious and multiple escalators are not working making the place impossible to navigate with luggage. I paid for a renovated room and was placed in a non-renovated one and then had to ask about it. Two hours to check in and get my room corrected and that was with no line at customer service. Overall I do not recommend staying here. Wish I would stayed at GSR.

We loved it. Previously we stayed in Reno a year ago and it was an awful experience. We said never again we'd stayed in Reno. We gave it one more try and chose Circus. It changed the feeling about stay on Reno and made the stay pleasing.
