The location was hard to find. The office for Howard Johnson was with Travel Lodge. No continental breakfast as what the website said. Parking was terrible. Elevator that was on Howard Johnson side squeaked. Door to room does not seal out the cold air. You hear every little thing outside the room.

The fact that the hotel charged me for my first night ahead of arrival yet did not note anywhere, other than the charge, that it had been collected. Upon arrival they then wanted me to pay in full including paying a second time for the first night. After 2 bours spent in the lobby with the only staff member, who did try to help but could not, we went to a different hotel. As you can imagine that set in motion a situation that only went from bad to worse and remains unresolved.

Bugs, hair on bed wasn’t ours, lipstick stains on blankets. Poor maintenance door didn’t shut unless slammed and live bugs crawling around!

Never stay at the HOWARD Johnson Windham in Reno. It’s nothing like the HOWARD Johnson Wyndham hotel. This is a Travelod

This property is a dump none of the sockets work you can’t charge your phone unless you unplug your TV and even that socket is broken came for my daughter‘s wedding and I was so disappointed at the place. I chose to stay thinking it was the Wyndham Hotel by HOWARD Johnson. This is a Travelodge. It’s very low budget very dirty this property is for prostitution.

It’s very loud this is not the HOWARD Johnson Whenham. This is a Travelodge so they fool you with the name. This place is disgusting.

There's nothing to like unless you're into methheads and the zombie apocalypse

The parking lot is full of broken-down beat-up vehicles. This is the place where all the truck stop lot lizards go home to sleep. The guy working the front desk has open sores on his face where he's been picking at it like Jessie Pinkman. When you park your car, they all come out on the balcony like roaches to size up their prey.

Dirty ass hell and had roaches in the room and bed bugs. I took it to the front and she said she didn't want it. I was trying to indicate to the front desk and she was very rude. I asked about the owner and Everytime I asked to talked to a supervisor she was always not there. I wanted a refund I had to wait for 3 days just to talked to the manager... And then she was rude.

Close to the freeway and the UNR Campus. The bed was pretty comfy. Cheap..

There’s not much I liked about this property and I would never stay here again. My room was not clean. There was hair shavings on the sink and counter from the previous renter. In the corners of the sink area there was evidence of roaches. The paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. When I took a shower the tub filled with water as it was clogged. The smoke detector was painted over and didn’t work. My door lock on the inside was missing the cover so the inside of the lock was exposed. The microwave was DISGUSTING! The walls are pretty thin and the water pipes are super loud. The clientele in this area are pretty sketchy. I went down to the front office to get some ice and water. All the vending machines were broken. They had a coffee machine and juice machine, but no water. I asked the receptionist if there as a sink in the back to get water and she said, “no we don’t have ANY water.” Parking is pretty tight, especially if you have a full size pickup like I do.
