Location. Majority of the staff were nice.

The driveway/parking lot were iced up but with some maneuvering it wasn’t terrible. The floor had a lot of debris in my room. Old school fluorescent ceiling lights in the room weee kinda harsh

Convenient location

Bums everywhere. There was a guy laying by my car when I was checking out. Considering minus temperatures, most likely he was dead. Litter and trash everywhere.

The room was clean

The room was shabby and and needed a face left. Electrical plugs loose, panel on the ceiling and it was coming apart, the bed was hard and low on one side. When I called the front desk nobody answered either time I called.

The next time I decide to stay in Reno, I will stay at Circus Circus instead.

That the room was inexpensive. The receptionist was friendly.

To start, the floor of the room was super sticky and unmopped. I had to wet a wash cloth to mop the floor due to leftover coffee and alcohol all over the floor. The toilet seat wasn't even attached to the toilet. There was no coffee, or complimentary breakfast. The ice machine was broke.

Which I don’t understand I work construction so I come back from work. I sweaty interview from outside the moment I sit on the bed or lay down bedsheet pillowcase setting with white towel will get stained and dirty and they’re so quick to charge for us for using the stuff like did you take a shower to get clean so things are gonna get dirty might as well just say bring your own towels, bedsheets, and pillowcases, and second of all the facility isn’t the top not of it you pay for what you get just so many things wrong when you walk into that they just paint over fix over fix it real quick, which cost less money but have no remorse and will charge you if there’s handyman can’t fix the fire alarm and it falls down behave if the boat needs money not bad just raise the price. Don’t try to get the people for a little things after it. It going that they might as well just go move the parkway.

Location to Univeraity.

I had bug bites when I came home. I contacted the hotel and left a Message with one of their staff members for the manger to get a hold of me, but no one bothered to call me to check up on us! We will never stay or recommend this hotel! Please check their cleaning procedures! They should not be affiliated with Wyndham or Booking.com!

The wait to get a room was 45 mins with only a few people in front of me and I already had a reservation. The room was dirty didn't smell very good and it was noisy all through the night outside our room

Easy to find room.

Stains on the sheets as soon as we walked into room. Television didn’t work at all. No shower curtain. Heater has broken door that completely falls off when opened. Toilet leaked onto floor when flushed. Absolutely disappointed in room quality and presentation for 85 dollars a night.

I did not like this hotel AT ALL. Staff was not capable of showing compassion to me after I had an awful day and was just trying to get into the hotel.

Staff. They were pretty rude, not helpful at all. There was a German Cockroach in my room. Wheb called to complain she basically told me “we are in their space what don’t expect” then on top of that the toilet flooded after my using of it ONE time. I don’t even feel like I could shower at this place. It was very unkempt and unsanitary. I even left at 2 in the morning because I was afraid a cockroach or a bed bug would be on my pillow when I opened my eyes.

Room was really dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Don’t think it’s worth the money, even though it’s cheap. Loud all night as you are in downtown (expected). Feels unsafe to leave your vehicle in the parking lot - although we didn’t have any issues.

Rooms with questionable stains and the remotes dont work the tvs.

We appreciated that we were out next door to our friends who also traveled with us and that it was located where we wanted to spend most of our time in Reno.

The rooms had stains on the walls, doors, bed spread, and sink. Our last night, we had to park 30 mins away because there were several people who parked on the lot without a permit. When my husband asked the staff where he could park, they said good luck.

Receptionist gave us wrong key. Tried the key naked man told us we had wrong unit to try next door. We tried unsuccessful. Went to office where a clueless Receptionist kept staring clueless at us After a good 20 minutes she finally gave us another unit. The mirror was broken. The unit stink like mold. A roach passed by. And my husband kept trying the tv unsuccessfully. Called Receptionist. A maintenance was supposed to come. My husband kept trying as he was tired waiting for the maintenance. After 40 minutes I called again. Again waiting! When he did showed up he entered while smoking a cigarette. Im asthmatic. My husband told him to leave that he had everything under control just for him to leave politely. Never will use this company again. 10 hours driving to encounter obstacles are just unbearable.

It was a great location for hot August nights. The cruise and cars were only a blocks away, and we could see most of them pass the hotel. Beds were comfortable too.

The staff was great when it came for my upgrade as the bathroom wall behind the Toilet area was all wet as the plumbing from the room above was leaking and flooded out the bathroom in the room I was staying in. So they had to move me to the Over flow room as was told the plumbing was to have been fixed as they were told it was LOL

The main Entrance door had a big gap where the door bottom sham was. The 1st bed was not on the Bed frame as it seemed to not fit correctly so we used the other one, the toilet seat was way loose, the Air conditioning fan was real noisy and the bathroom door was not even and would not close kind of crook it the room seemed to be in need of some work.

This is the worst place you could stay. Spend $20 more and you'll sleep comfortably in a nice hotel instead of this dump.

No carpet in the rooms. 1 bed was comfortable. Fridge/micro/coffee in room. Shower was hot.

Horrible PARKING! little to no parking. Had to park on street 3 blocks away 1 night, and squeeze into 1 parking space being used to store old matress and trash the next night. Some people park in two spaces, which are tiny to start with. Also, 1 bed was stiff as wood.
