Very cool hotel, but too noisy for us at night.

The hotel room was very comfortable and very cool looking. There was plenty of room and it had a good vibe.

The location of the hotel is right by a bus station and there’s a lot of homeless people wandering around outside. We heard noises all through the night.

Had a great time, loved the room, the staff was great, and we will be back.

The Jesse has a great location in the brewery district. The room was spacious and well appointed. Nice to have two chairs in the room, which even though right above the bar, was well sound proofed.

The room could use some drawers for clothing and the glass window on the bathroom door was a new experience.

The rooms were amazing, large and clean, great showers, great bed

SLIGHTLY more staff interaction would be great - went down to the bar/lobby both mornings for coffee and couldn't find the coffee or anyone to help

Great location with style

The hotel is in a fun area , has great style, and large rooms.

It was rather noisy, but that comes with older buildings in downtown locations. We did appreciate that there was a white noise machine and ear plugs.

The management and staff were all very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel had a great vibe. The room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious and clean. The bathroom products were great.

The only thing the room was missing was a full length mirror. There is a lot of homeless all around including hanging around by the parking lot, which is not the hotels fault, but I did see the management walking through the parking lot to keep a watch on things on two different occasions which we appreciated.

I would not stay here again.

The room was beautiful

I booked over a month early. When we arrive we are told to check in at the bar. There is no front desk and the man there said he’d just taken over the business that week. I clicked pay at property and for two days prior to arriving they tried charging my card. When we checked in they charged my card twice! Which overdraft my account and ruined my trip. I’m still waiting on a refund three days later. I may have to contact my bank and the better business bureau.The bar and restaurant was closed even after telling us that is open upon booking. And there was zero staff there the two days we stayed lucky we didn’t need anything

Lovely restoration of a historic structure and nicely provisioned room.

It is a very creative renovation. Nice large room with a bedroom and separate sitting area. Great bar on the first level.

It was fine for us, but a long stairway to get to the rooms could be a challenge for some.
