Great room but a poor shower.

Comfortable bed and pillows. The overall appearance of the room is really nice.

Shower head needed replacement. The shower experience was not good. I usually judge a hotel room by the shower. Plus the shower door leaked water all over the floor. There should have been a towel bar by the shower or even a hook.

This place needs some serious help!

The fresh breakfast was nice.

I watched three homeless people walk in off the street and get cooked breakfast before walking off and they allowed dogs to jump up on the tables in the eating area and beg for food. There was no soap in the shower when I got in to take a shower. It was very loud by the street. My parents lock broke and wouldn't let them into their room until maintenance came and fixed it .

the room decor and layout was nice. real nice large tv's and good kitchen. The lobby decor was real nice too. all in all a very nice looking hotel.

I picked your hotel because it is a pet friendly hotel. I would have been nice to know there is a 20 dollar daily charge and a 100 dollar cleaning charge. my all in bill was near 400 bucks for 1 night. I put this low on the value scale. I wouldn't come back for that reason alone. also I would expect a more robust restaurant. the restaurant staff was great however.

I would definitely go back if I needed a place close to the airport for another trip to Lake Tahoe.

Very close to the airport. Nice location - seemed safe and nice restaurants close by. Close as well to downtown activities such as the Riverwalk and casinos. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Nice parking garage. Very good breakfast .

Reno itself is not my thing but the trip was to Lake Tahoe and I needed a place for an early morning flight. I was pleasantly surprised since I didn’t know anything about Reno.

Very friendly and helpful professional employees, hotel rooms were very cleaned decorated nicely. Air conditioning was perfectly adjusted in rooms without any discomfort to the guests but always cool. Parking place 15 USD per day and very convenient.

Breakfast options can be more for dietary restrictions.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I can’t comment on the hotel restaurant/bar or the free breakfast because I didn’t partake in those but the bar looked nice. We were in Reno for a tournament and the location was convenient to the convention center. I enjoyed our stay and would stay again for the next tournament.

I enjoyed my stay at Element, everything was very nice and beating as well as cleab.

I really loved the pool area. The hot tub was big as well and everything looked so nice. The showers in the poop areas were nice too.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The shower had orange slim in it and the pool was VERY SMALL nothing like pictured and was full of toilet paper! They charge way to much for a freeway side hotel and also charge an extra 10 bucks for parking! Very much false advertising!

Nothing...O yeah and 10 buck for a frozen Amy's Mac and cheese and they charged my card twice for the food we bought in the lobby! Charging luxury prices for motel 6 accommodations!

Nice rooms, but SO loud

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice area to walk around outside if you brought a pet.

Our room faced Virginia St, one of the busiest streets in town. The sounds from the road were so unbearably loud. We couldn't get any sleep until after 1230, then noise picked up again at 5am.

Overall a good stay just didn’t get much sleep because of all the outside noise.

New clean facility within walking distance to the Peppermill.

Unfortunately, the walls and glass were too thin, made it difficult to sleep with all the noise from the road traffic on the main street.

A gem which exceeded experctations

Spacious room which was very well equiped. The beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was fabulous with a lot of choice. The staff obviously worked very hard to provide a great breakfast in the morning. The gym was very nice and the roof top pool and spa were a real highlight. The location was really great too, it was a short walk from the beautiful Victoria Lake Park.

A few more towels in the room would have been good, as well as separate shampoo and conditioner rather than combined in one product.

the sofa bed was horrible, rooms were not cleaned well and were only cleaned every other day (which we were not told at check in), shampoo/conditioner are stuck on the bathroom wall with tape and kept falling off, the parking lot design is horrible - one way in and then if you dont find parking you have to back all the way out

It looks the same exactly like all The pictures it’s only one year old it’s beautiful it’s walking distance to a movie theater and you cross the street and black bear diner there and fast food places and stores down the road there’s pepper mill and Atlantis casinos inside the hotel they have a nice breakfast served daily 7-10 good food good options worth it and they have a nice hotel bar that serve food during happy hour Friday Saturday Sunday 2-6 excellent food the pizza was delicious Monday-Thursday they have one hour free drinks can’t recall The time the lady told us I love ❤️ this place the are was good safe went to sliver legacy old dirty and fill With smoke down town looking BAD a lot of people hanging out abandoned buildings it’s not like it use to be I like the pepper mill Way better and it’s cleaner smoke free overall our trip was fun I love this hotel 🏨 highly recommend it I will go back

I would hesitate to stay again

I could not believe that they did not have a grab bar in the shower! Also, the shortest path from the garage goes to a door that is LOCKED at night, the path is NOT covered, and the path is not smooth for rolling your suitcase. Planned for looks and not utility or convenience.

This was my 3rd time staying at an Element hotel and have really loved them so far.

Very clean room, comfortable bed and bedsheets, excellent breakfast.

Having a toilet in the pool area so you don't have to go back to your hotel room if you need to use the bathroom.

It is a little bit noisy as you can hear the traffic at least from our side. Worth the view though. Beautiful mountain view.
