You get a lot of value here. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location especially if the airport is involved in your plans, and affordable prices. I always stay here the night before an early flight, or the night after a late flight. I'm always happy I stayed here.

Proximity to RNO was the only bonus.
Old, run-down, and in desperate need of new ownership.
It is extremely apparent that the owners of SureStay are only here for the Benjamins.
I am sure that the allure of opening an Indian restaurant in a run-down hotel when you move to the US is somewhere within their business plan, but they neglected to understand that Americans know what decent Indian food tastes like. If you pretend to be catering to travelers, you should understand that we, uh, travel. We know what good Indian food tastes like.
And, in addition, we know that basic cleanliness is essential for return bookings.
The carpets in these rooms are filthy-disgusting, and are not even vacuumed after a stay. (Carpet cleaning was definitely not in their routine cleaning handbook, and obviously not a Spring option as well.)
I was to be there a week, so I got to watch Olympic-Gold-Star-turn-around-room-spiffing in action. A time-saving sight to behold! I even got to watch my floor cleaning-maiden receive a delivery after I tipped her $20 for leaving me alone to sleep-off my 4-week hiking-trip abroad. It wasn’t pizza that was being delivered to her. But, I guess if you can fit a pizza into little baggies, it would have to had to have been dehydrated. Or if bad teeth are an issue, maybe it is the preferred choice?
The extra towels that I asked her for when I first got to my room were to clean the floors—-the foyer into the bathroom was filthy, so I started cleaning my room from door to window before attempting to sleep. (Which I was convinced that wouldn’t have happened without major cleaning and “let-it-go” meditation first.) Wet-wipes on hotel floors are an eye-opener and God send.
I had three more pre-paid days, but I left instead. I had finally come out of my travel coma enough to be completely grossed out beyond caring that I was leaving hotel money on the dirty table.
Of course, they don’t refund or anything that ludicrously assuming.

It’s ok and it’s cheap
I booked a breakfast-inclusive rate via Booking.com, however on arrival I was informed that the on-site restaurant is no longer operated by the hotel and that the included breakfast would not be provided.
I was advised by hotel staff to contact Booking.com for a refund of the breakfast element. Booking.com attempted to contact the hotel during my stay but were unable to reach a manager, and I was told the hotel would follow up with me directly.
Despite sending a follow-up email, I have received no response and no refund. I ended up paying around $30 separately for breakfast that was included in my booking but not honoured.

The rugs need to be clean the doors outside doors need to be checked is your access, we didn’t eat there so we don’t know how the food is. Staff were excellent.

Great location big room
Checking in at 8 pm the young lady could not be rude if she tried. System glitch with our pre payment, she could see we were paid in full but still made it difficult. Rolling her eyes and staring at me as if I was bothering her. Almost walked out in tears ( been up for 17 hours and flew across the US), but the other young lady fixed it with like 2 key strokes on the stupid computer..

Hard to believe that a hotel like this could have such extremely poor customer service. We had no television service and when we asked to have someone look at it, a man came in with heavy metal music playing on his phone, which he did not turn off. He attempted to look at the television set and when it didn’t work, said it was a router and we could either move to a new room or he couldn’t help us. As we were only here for the night and leaving extremely early in the morning, we didn’t want to move. When I asked if he could help me connect Wi-Fi, he said he couldn’t help us, It was too bad and to contact a manager. he left and slammed the door behind him. So no television and no Wi-Fi and no way to recoup the money we spent here. What a great experience! NOT

The coffee maker didn't work and it was extremely cheap. I asked for a new one and it took a half an hour to get there because of lack of staff.

The breakfast was delicious in the lobby restaurant. The staff was very nice to us and made sure i had clean towels and toilet paper and stuff like that.

It's been going down every year I stay there. They need new beds and pillows. New carpet. I was put in room 293 at first. It stunk so bad I asked to be moved.

Great location across the street from the Reno Airpirt Terminal, yet very quiet. Also had a nice I Dian restaurant and good breakfast menu right on site!
And a free shuttle to the Terminal.
The first room I was given smelled of smoking, so I asked for a different room and was given one. This is supposed to be a no -smoking property!
When I wanted to shower, the knob was nearly impossible to work - I thought the water had been cut off. After calling the front deck [on my cell phone because the room phone was inoperable], I was advised to pull harder and twist the tub faucet, which I did do and theater came out! I was afraid I’d pull the plumbing right out of the wall, but was advised by the front desk that “the plumbing is older” so one really gas to strain and pull hard to get the water to flow! Disaster averted!
The breakfast was very reasonably priced and is a good value for travelers heading to the airport to catch a flight.
Overall, this is a good property in a great location .

Room was pretty beat up, sink plug broken, tub porcelain stained, peeling, hair ball on carpet, sparse room amenities. (You can probably get a better deal on a room in a casino and you'd have places on site to eat.) This place was very understaffed at breakfast. I felt really sorry for the lone waitress. Poor quality food in both bar and restaurant for lunches and dinner, very understaffed. I suspect there are new owners who are not aware of events that require them to have more bartenders, waitresses, cooks staffed. The location across from the airport is great. But there really isn't a reliable, decent place to eat at this hotel and it is an expensive uber, or long, hot walk to get a meal.

I was told that the security deposit will be charged to my card and it will take 10 DAYS TO REDEPOSIT IT TO MY CARD! This is hardly acceptable in these days of financial technology accommodating such transactions almost immediately. Simply speaking, the company has been using MY, and other guests funds WITHOUT MY PERMISSION for its own purposes. Actually, I requested in writing that the security deposit will be re-depisited within 24 h - which fintech easily accommodates. THe response from the desk clerk: company policy. I submit, that the company engages in HIGHLY PROBLEMATIC activities, and the company should at the minimum pay interest on the funds they keep from the customers, and immediately change this highly questionable policy.

The shuttle driver was nice and so was the front desk person on Sunday morning.
The most rude, ignorant staff I’ve ever come across. The hotel is filthy, falling apart, and it stinks. Whatever price this was was too much. Immediately treated like trash by the child labor force they have working the desk. Ceiling is leaking eveywhere and there is mold growing, they have big catch pans hung on the ceiling. I’d be shocked if this place is still standing in five years.

Had a room adjacent to interstate and it was quite loud. Some items in the room were in bad shape like the drapes and the mattress. It's decent if you just want a place to sleep before an early morning flight. I'm not hard to please and don't have high standards. If you do, this isn't the place for you.
