Great hotel and free shuttle to terminal. Staff on the bar need to be a little more on their game. It was a bit chaotic.

Comfortable, clean, modern

Always like staying in an Aloft hotel. Love the modern style, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Super comfortable beds as usual. Has everything you need and none of the extras and faffs that you don't need. The front desk was kind enough to waive the parking fee for us as we arrived so late.

The location is slightly out of the way but many alofts are near airports. It would be nice if you could cast your own apps to the TV (eg Peacock) instead of just the 2 or 3 that are already installed

The best stay near Reno International Airport

My sister was able to check in earlier and easily get to the airport for my 12:30am flight arrival. The room was modern, cleanand hip!! Front desk people were delightful. A small quiet property.

Don't pay top dollar for it.

The morning staff was friendly, and the coffee was tasty. The bed was plush and I slept well.

I was dismayed when I couldn't open a window for fresh air. There were hairs from a previous visitor around the sink, and the sink drained very slowly, otherwise the place was clean. The carpet seemed grayed. The price was just way too high for what seemed like the facilities managed by thoughtless people eager to take my money.

I called for a shuttle pick up at the airport and the phone rang for 5 minutes before anyone picked up. However, once I called for a pick up, the shuttle was right there.

I would not have booked this hotel had I known the lack of Internet access. The WIFI does not work, I was not able to access through my laptop. On my phone access was inconsistent. Also, only half of the TV channels seem to work.

The room is acceptable but staying there is not worth the hassle

I stayed there twice in one week recently and I wouldn’t stay there again. Both times I only had personal contact with one overworked person at reception. A result of this was both times I had to wait 50 minutes and 1 hour for the shuttle. The shuttle is not a scheduled service, you have to call reception, but there was never an answer. The second time an airline team who were staying there was also calling. Finally I called the central Marriot booking number and after a delay they organised the shuttle. When I arrived at the hotel I spoke to the person on reception. They smiled apologetically and said they are too busy to answer the phone... When I was checking out the second time, the printer was broken. They said they would email me the receipt I needed. No email ever arrived. I emailed the hotel, no reply. There is no breakfast room, you eat in the hotel lobby.

Nice hotel at very reasonable price.

Great location- 5 minutes from airport. We came in very late and left early in the morning so I don't have much to say. We did not stay for breakfast. I will say that the staff at the front desk and the in the morning were very welcoming and helpful.

Loved the bar, mini market, room Decor was awesome and very youthful and hip feeling. Beds were great. Bathrooms were very nicely updated and loved that the toilet was enclosed and super private.

Hip, fun, comfortable stay conveniently located in Reno

This was probably the best stay along a cross-country road trip. The hotel is new, hip, & fun. The location was super-convenient to what we needed to do in Reno; the airport is right nearby but we weren't bothered by the noise. The room was cute & comfortable -- loved the little table where we snacked & had breakfast. In the evening, after dinner, we ordered drinks at the bar & sat outside. The bed was comfortable & we were rested for our next long day on the road. Would 100% stay here again. Also appreciated not being near the casinos or having to park downtown.

Very impressive! Hotel is very well maintained. Love the modern design of the hotel and the room. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Our first time stay and definitely will not be the last. Will consider booking at Aloft from different places outside Reno.

Clean, convenient & close to everything

4min car ride from the airport and they have a free shuttle. We stayed here on arrival and departure from Reno and got in around 930pm and had a 5am flight and the shuttle picked us up and starts running at 4am - perfect! Live music was great, ordered from a recommended pizza delivery one night and it was quick, easy and delicious. Katie at reception is amazing!!! Little breakfast bar with snacks makes things easy.

No fan in the bathroom and the doors are sliders so whatever happens in the bathroom lingers in the room.

They advertise that they have a pool. It’s true but was not open to public. Apparently, they are still very new that they don’t have the license yet. Had I known that we actually would have booked somewhere else.
