Good stay,pity about the clenliness of the apartment.

Location was good,local area was mainly good especially with Virginia lake close bye with a good walking path around it.

The plinth next to the cooker was loose,also when we used the oven it had greese in the bottom of it that smelled when the oven was heated up,stinking up the apartment. The floor was not properly clean.

The whole concept, and the way it is implemented. Spacious room, easy way in and out, relatively quite (sound insolation of walls could be better), relatively clean (never moved the bed to clean under... , i did it. Lots of dust and leftovers)8

The mattress was very firm which I like. The small dog park was convenient. The outdoor big screen TV was pretty cool.

Access. The access code I was given did not work. Parking, they do not clearly state you have to pay for parking so when I called to get the access code they immediately were more concerned about me paying for parking than they were accessing the building. The floors were filthy. I got the bathroom floor wet and cleaned it with the spare hand towel and the towel was black. My white socks were black on bottom. We had half a roll of toilet paper and requested more and were told it was our responsibility. We were in room 120 next to the street side exit/entrance door and could here it slam non stop. People constantly smoking outside our window. Thin walls, you could here them in the unit above just merely walking around. Dog relief area was great but there are many dog owners that don't clean up after them.

This is where I'm staying when next in Reno.

No breakfast, but a really nice kitchen. This was more of a nice studio apartment. It appeared brand new. Wood floors, nice bathroom, etc. Oh, nice safe parking. In waking distance of food and shopping. And perhaps 10 minute drive to additional eats and shopping. Very nice group of newish, modern, apartments. Nice movie theatre in walking distance. Sprouts Market near by -walkable, along with a discount food market in same small shopping center.

It was a great value for the price which was around a very reasonable $200 per night.

It was nice having a 2 bedroom apartment. The ceiling fans, AC, kitchen, Washer/dryer, etc were all more than adequate. Beds were quite soft, but surprisingly comfortable. Cleanliness was fine.

The tub was a challenge for my wife to climb over for a shower. Walk in would be far better. There was only a single handicap parking spot, occupied every time by the same vehicle every time we were looking to park. Not terrible, because the walk to the door from other spots was not too terribly far, but they really should have several more handicap spots. No facial tissues were provided, toilet paper was very thin single ply and only 1.5 rolls in the room. Seating (aside from the couch which was stained) was quite uncomfortable. We were on first floor facing street so road noise was a factor, but did not impact our sleep.

Loved this property very nice and secure. Very close to convention center. We stayed for volleyball tournament. Had everything you need. Very comfortable beds, very secure. Loved the pool, lounge area, and bbq area. Secure parking was a plus.

Lack of on time response like 24/7. More than once took almost two hours to get a response. Lack of signs where is the gym. I discovered by myself walking all over the places. Lack of information about how to dispose the trash and how to get supplies on the office on first floor.

Excellent, modern stay in a great location

Everything was awesome. It's a very modern building with excellent amenities (the gym is one of the better condo gyms I've seen, and there's an outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well, along with game rooms). Check-in was seamless, and if we did run into any questions or concerns, their support team is very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is top as well, right off Virginia.

You have to pay $5 a night for parking. However, there is free, covered overflow parking just a few minutes walk away, so it's not too bad in the end.

Clean+well-furnished, with the charm and noise of an airport hotel right under the flight path.

This is a very clean and well-furnished facility, like new. When I got in touch with the remote support staff to try to crack the code on the tv, they were prompt to respond.

Location: right on busy and noisy S. Virginia St. This was horrible. Although average noise level over 24 hours was just 45 decibels according to my phone sound meter app, noise spikes were up to 90 db, "equivalent to the noise generated by a leaf blower or the sound level of a concert" for which hearing protection is recommended. You will wake up and wince at every hot rod and speeding motorcycle, which goes on all night. The property provides foam ear plugs, so I suppose they will say they have mitigated the noise, but nobody wants to watch tv or converse wearing ear plugs. Unfortunately, all the tv accounts (Hulu, Netflix, etc.) are locked in to the previous users' accounts. Unless you're patient and creative in cracking into the accounts, you won't watch anything at all. The support staff was unable to help, saying only that they would have someone come reset the tv after I checked out. After 2-3 hours of trying, I was able to add my Netflix account, but gave up at that point on further channels. Amenities: Besides the pool and fitness room, None. This property is neither a hotel nor an apartment complex, although it has both short-term renters and long-term lease holders. It's most like a mid-term corporate apartment rental, not at all a vacation destination.

Super clean, modern, easy and centrally l located.

Have never used a place before where it's all virtual check in, no people. Actually it was easy. Very clean and spacious room. Kitchen was well equipped.

Since the room was ample size, the bed was too small. Not sure if it was a queen size but my wife says it was a double bed. We're used to a king size and this room could have easily accommodated it. Please up size your beds!

Disappointing

I was trapped in the flooded airport in Fort Launderdale, FL where I was coming from. I tried to adjust my stay and they never got back to me. All I wanted was a credit and was willing to pay the difference in price if it was more expensive and they never got back to me or Booking.com. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. It's important to understand how a property will respond when serious situations happen out of your control. I travel to Reno around 5 times a year for a week or two and this property lost out on thousands of dollars due to their poor and unacceptable communication.

Great location but could be more Comfortable

It was a brand new beautiful facility. It was staffless and everything was mostly digital. Located really close to the Peppermill and Atlantis if you are looking to gamble. The room had a full galley way kitchen and stacked washer and dryer. The fist floor had a small patio. Being located in the center of the RED (Reno Entertainment District) puts you in the heart of a very up and coming area.

It wasn't very quiet and you could here people though the walls. We were right next to the side entrance everyone used because the door was broken so you didn't need the code to get in or out. The bed was very soft and wasn't great to share. We had a handicap room, and the shower was not adjustable to non-handicapped people and very small.
