What should have been a restful, relaxing vacation, turned out to be a headache with noisy neighbors for 11 days!

The property was in a good location and the facility was nice.

My family and I were disappointed that the neighbors beside our room, and the upstairs tenants were the most noisiest ever. There was banging and stomping and screaming, the dragging of furniture, all this throughout the day and night while we tried sleeping! The water pressure was horrible, it went from feeling great to close to dripping. And when the pressure went weak, so did the warm water, causing it to go cold! When we arrived into our room, the dishes in the dish washer were used/ dirty. We had to wash them the day we settled in. My daughter had to use the restroom by the pool and I politely went and asked the front desk if that there wasn’t any tp in the restroom by the pool, and she said nothing to me, but she did slam a tp roll on the desk and walked away. She was rude! However, there was a cleaning checklist on the back of the door of that restroom, and clearly, from what it stated, it had not been clean in 5 days, and it was gross. I felt bad for the man that was making the breakfast each morning, I think he may have been Hispanic, but he was so nice! He kept a smile as he worked so hard trying to appease all the guests, adults and children, while the majority of guests made an absolute mess with food and just the area in general! He cooked and cleaned simultaneously and continued to ask if we needed anything, with a smile. 11 nights of the sound of pounding and yelling, did not make for a good stay unfortunately.

Nice happy hour and breakfast

The breakfast was good, lots of options.

Trouble with the room keys. The room wasn't fully clean. Every dish was crammed into the dishwasher. We had to wash dishes in order to use them. We found a room key under the coffee maker and debris around the room. Not a thoroughly cleaned room.

The staff was very nice, the room, although it needed some work, was quiet and pet friendly.

The area was nice and peaceful, the room was large, and the staff was friendly. They had a pool, which my granddaughter loved, and a free buffet breakfast. They allowed dogs, which was important to us.

The room needed new carpet (or flooring would probably by more sanitary) and a new refrigerator. The walls definitely needed paint. The sofa was very uncomfortable.

Hidden gem of friendly, family oriented staff and services!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we showed up just five minutes before breakfast ended at 9:30, they kindly kept it open longer so our family could eat. They assured us it was no problem at all and even brought out fresh food to make sure we had a great breakfast. That kind of hospitality really stood out to us. We really appreciated the 12pm checkout and loved how spacious, clean, and comfortable our room was. Another big plus—the hotel is 100% non-smoking, so the air was fresh without any strong cleaner scents trying to mask odors. This will definitely be our new “go-to” hotel whenever we travel through Reno—such a great experience!

Staybridge stay# 4 or 5 ?

Comfortable bed. Liked having a full size fridge. Breakfast was good. Appreciate a 12 cup Mr Coffee maker. Appreciate the staff booked me in a room which was mid hall, my booking request. Quiet pleasant stay.

The dishwasher silverware basket was broken. Made it hard to pull out lower rack of dishwasher. Not a big deal except when you are trying to get to dishes on lower rack. Kitchen floor appeared to not have been swept. Stayed at this Staybridge several times and this was the first time room wasn't exceptional clean.

Staff was RUDE AF. Shuttle driver was amazing, great positive attitude. Front desk woman was by far the most unprofessional and rude woman I’ve ever dealt with. Seemed irritated that anyone had the nerve to check in and have her do her job.

It's okay for the price I guess ...

The beds are comfortable and the staff was nice. The breakfast was decent.

Paid in advance full price of the roo. then was charged again to my deposit card had to call and speak to someone to fix it even though it shouldn't have happened really and still hasn't received my refund. Parts of the room were dirty and the facility when they have a sign that talks about how they pride themselves on cleanliness. The fridge was scratched and dented and not the cleanest. There was something weird missing from the wall but brackets left behind and it was dirty. A stain on the carpet not quite sure what it was. The stairwells smell funky like they haven't been cleaned at all. The coffee in the room below par but they always had coffee made downstairs so that was nice. The pool ended up being closed our final day there instead of performing the maintenance early morning to ensure people could use the facilities. One of the reasons you book a hotel with a pool. Location was kind of odd but comfortable and quiet enough I guess except for there was a convention or something, groups of people taking over the entire fire pit area drinking and smoking making it kind of uncomfortable for anyone else staying to be able to use the area. I wouldn't necessarily say this is the best family location. It didn't seem like they cared too much about the facility there's a broken elevator, other things kind of broken here and there but I mean the staff was nice and we slept well with the exception of thin wall.....

My favorite place to stay in Reno

Location. 5 minutes away from my appointment. Located in a business area so it is relatively quiet at night. Rooms are spacious with full size fridge and well equipped kitchen. I like to cook my own meals so this was a nice bonus. Bedroom is separate from living/ kitchen area. I like to be able to close a door for extra quiet. I appreciated having an on-site laundry that was clean. Breakfast and happy hour buffets were good. Healthy options to add to my meals. Quit charging for parking. I was able to check into my room early. After long day of air travel it was a kindness I needed.
