Incredibly rude staff!!!

I rented the room for my son who was visiting from the military… I told the girl at the desk, when I called, that the room was for my son When he showed up to check in, in the middle of the night, because his flight was late from across country, the front desk lady was INCREDIBLY rude!! She would not let him check in, or even call me. He had all of the booking information. He had to find another hotel to stay at, at 2 am

The strong pushback from staff at my request for extra towels! After washing/cleansing my body from head to toe with a washcloth on day one will result in a dirty towel on day two! You may not have a problem using the same towel to wash your face, Miss Ma’am, but I do! So thank you for your bathing advice, but I will require extra towels!

Wasn't bad, wasn't great.

Good location. Easy parking. Room was mostly clean. Lots of amenities in the room.

There was a check in delay for almost an hour. There was a dirty rag left in the bathroom when we arrived. The beds are not very comfortable. I do appreciate the small credit that they gave us on the bill.

Clean, comfortable and a GREAT value, BUT...

It was a great value, very clean, very comfortable.

This may seem picky, but it was annoying! The TV had a blue hue on every channel and the curtain wouldn't close all the way. There was about a 3-in Gap in the curtains when closed. My room faced the parking lot with all the bright lights. It literally lit up my room. I tried to hang towels but they weren't long enough.

Rude front desk person who checked us in. She made it should like we were plucky to have a room at over $200 a night. Whole 3rd floor reeked of foul cooking smell and yapping puppy. “grab and go breakfast” is a joke. They quickly ran out of breakfast items like hot chocolate and refused to restock,

One of the worst stay we had for last many years, very lousy customer service, dirty roon having very bad smell' and the last but not least was breakfast, very cheap and limited items. Overall very disappointing and absolutely not recommended

Clean, comfortable, quiet location close to amenities. Short drive to the supermarket. Nice view of the mountains

After a long day’s travel I didn’t enjoy lugging the kitchen equipment to the room. It should just be in the room before arrival, or give guests the choice to request utensils at the time of booking.

Quiet, clean and convenient,

It was fairly quiet, except for a heavy-footed resident above me. There are markets, pizza parlors and sandwich shops nearby - 150m or so. Bus stops too. Onsight laundry is a little expensive but always available. Simple breakfast is included. Cooking utensils available; cooktop in rooms.

Smell of second-hand cigarette smoke in halls, Residents smoking in nonsmoking rooms and locations.

Great Room but need a pet potty area!

Close to shopping, gas, food. Small kitchen in room. Clean and comfy! Laundry room open 24 hours.

There is no real pet area, and it seems like people in Reno think it's OK not to pick up after they're dogs. There was dog feces all over the grassy areas in front of hotel. I really think there should be a fenced area just for pets. I believe they put all people with pets on the ground level, which is great, especially for me, who is also disabled...but they need to get rid of the carpet in the hallway. Very dirty and sticks! They room we had was great! No carpet, comfy bed, small kitchen and table to sit and eat at. Lastly they need to clean shower heads! Very hard water!

It's been lovely and the staff has been great

The location is good. There's cute little ducks that walk around the parking lot. The room was super clean. I love that. The staff is genuinely nice and very helpful. It's a good, quiet gem.

I did not like that my room didn't come with a fully stocked fridge and a personal butler named Jeeves, but... ya get what ya pay for. 😉😆

Unpleasant and disrespectful

I got double charged for a night plus, the staff was extremely rude and would not give me back my double charge and claim that I had smoked in the room and used inappropriate language in front of my daughter.

Relaxing in Reno

The staff was nice, We got the handicapped accessible room we reserved. There was coffee and a breakfast snack available every morning. They give you extra pillows, blankets, or towels if needed. It had a kitchenette, TV, & wifi, and if you needed kitchen things, they would provide them, (We did not need any.) They had a laundry room and vending machines with food snacks and beverages. The had the luggage transport carts.

Our room was not yet ready after the check in time of 3pm. We had to wait while they got someone to finish cleaning it up. The floors must be thin because the people above us sounded like heavy footed buffalo parading around their room. No ice machine.

The price was a bit high for the things provided, location is good.

The front desk seems friendly, but it seems when we checked it, there was no one around 3:30 pm that was the opening checking in period on 4/28/23.

The room provided a stove and range which allow cooking yet there was not a utensil, bowl, plates that enable for using the room facilities.

The staff I accidentally locked my key in the room and they refused to let me in. They said I did not look like my ID I literally had to pay some random stranger that closer to my 15yr pic than I did $100 so I could get back in my room

The written location was good for our purpose. There was adequate parking.

I asked for, and paid extra for a queen bed however, it was a double bed. When checking in, I asked, will this be a queen bed? The desk clerk had no answer, and didn’t seem to understand the difference between double and queen. It was a double bed in the end, don’t pay extra for the queen or king options without seeing them

The reason I was there was due to a several day power outage. The parking lot was dangerous, several cars were stuck in snow and there were 3 accidents that I personally witnessed. It was a bad storm, so I wouldn't expect a clear parking area, however it was very bad to get into the facility.

You need to be more transparent about it being a section 8 property.

Be more transparent about it being a section 8 properly. Don’t put the stress on the employees to have to lie to regular people who are there for a few day. It’s not fair to employees or guests or the people who live there. It’s off putting. But I have been in the resort business for 40 years and I have never been more impressed with these associates. Especially Kyle at the front desk. Thanks Kyle!

I thought the property would offer in room coffee, I was wrong. But they did provide delicious coffee in the lobby. For an extended stay facility, the room was not equipped with any silverware, dishes or cups.
