Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower was great, water pressure was perfect. We enjoyed wandering around the casinos; appreciate the ability to walk from casino to casino without going outside.

Circus circus has less to offer every year! There isn’t any food places and having a coffee pot in the room doesn’t make

We come to your hotel twice a year. It’s our “go to” place to meet and stay.

That I had to pay $15 per night extra to stay in the main hotel, and a $39 a night resort fee. Last year my hotel bill was $258, this year it was $410. And our last night stay, there was a dog barking most of the night, in the room next door, then a party going on a couple doors down, until 4:30 am. I had a 6 hour drive ahead of me, with only a couple of hours of sleep!

Awful !!!

When we arrived they gave me a regular room when I requested a mini suite. I went to the front desk to inform them , finally after 20 minutes or more they give me my suite I ordered and I overhear them saying how there’s only 1 rm left and my suite was given away earlier . I finally get my suite and low and behold the toilet doesn’t have any water pressure and won’t flush and over flowed and it took 1 hr and a half to have someone come snake the toilet , meanwhile it already overflowed on the floor . They don’t offer to clean it up and or give us towels to clean up the water . The shower literally whined and you could hear it making an awful screech noise bc of no water pressure (it was so loud , can he heard in the outside hallway). The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work . So no point of the blow dryer ,etc and the outlets in the living room didn’t work . Only outlets that worked at all were in the bedroom . The hotel front staff is nonexistent and they don’t help you at all . They hang up or disconnect on you . Only employees that are helpful is Keith the bell hop and the valet guys outside . If you need help or if they make a mistake with your room , etc or anything at all the front desk employees aren’t the least bit helpful . I learned my lesson and will stay at el dorado or silver legacy , grand sierra. Gave circus circus a first time try and will never be coming back and would never recommend. It’s outdated, dirty and it shows .

It was a real nightmare getting from the parking garage to our rooms. Once we got to the hotel part we had to drag our luggage up steps to get to the elevator. When we got into the room there were no towels and housekeeping seemed bothered to bring us some. The ac-heater was so noisy between it and the reving engines in the parking garage, sleep was not good.

Close to the concert

Walls are thin, can hear everyone inside, can hear everything outside. We were on the 16th floor and just laid awake all night hearing loud cars and motorcycles. Did not get any sleep due to loud environment, and the bed was hard as a rock. My wife said multiple times while trying to fall asleep “I hate this hotel, I never want to stay here again” Also went to get coffee from the in room coffee machine…. I refused to after dark black moldy coffee mildew fell out of it into the cup. If you want a very grungy, sub par, uncomfortable hotel… this is for you. If you want to relax, feel comfortable, and dare I say sleep… then stay the hell away from this hotel.

Well it's not what I expected. I'm handicapped, my room wasn't in the casino it was across the street. I had to do stairs and long hallways. Up and down. The place to play was dark, it looked like a gloomy place, wasn't lit up and happy. The room was ok but the air was not working well. The light was flickering. I'm very disappointed. People were rude. I will not stay there again. My granddaughter room was good.

They put us in a room so far away. We had to walk through the casino up an escalator across a skywalk down some stairs up some stairs down a hallway find some elevators and up to the 17th floor and down a long hallway with luggage and us being in our 70s. It was very hard.

When my familly and I arrived at the hotel, a Circus Cirus courtsy clerk was arguring with a guest. The clerk flip the,guess off told the guess that he can take it outside. My four old son seen the whole thing. The food court was disgesting, my husband had to take a wet papertowel and wipe our table down in order for us to eat. We also seen other guess wiping thier table down as well.

The property is old and ran down hallways smelled. Hair in the bathroom carpet in room was gross. The restaurants closed early not much of a variety except for dirty fast food which the employees acted like they don’t care about cleanliness soda machines were dirty out of syrup and carbonation. The tram didn’t work needs a major upgrade!

We didn't have breakfast didn't even know we got breakfast there so next time when we stay there we will do breakfast.

Well I ordered a reservation on and I booking.com somehow I made a mistake with my name and last name and they could not find my reservation so I had to do a walk in and it cost me a little more and then booking.com charge me for not showing up so I got charged twice to stay at sugar circus and the supervisor when I checked out realized that my name got put in backwards so that's why the reservation they couldn't find it so I'm trying to get my money back through booking.com
