Pretty great facilities and room.
Location, navigating the MULTIPLE structures, and ridiculous parking, etc.

The staff was very accommodating and understanding.
Figuring out parking and getting to the correct tower. And they didn’t return someone’s personal blanket.

Location was perfect, heart of downtown and connected to the other two casinos. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots is available food options.
Overall outdated. Lots of stairs and escalators not functional. No microwave provided in room, water pressure in shower was nonexistent. For a 5 day stay with two people was only provided 3 pillows and 2 towels. They were quick and attentive upon request which was wonderful
