Everything. It was dirty. Not as advertised & very expensive for what was provided. The room was dirty - smelled like someone defecated in the room & left it to stink up the place. The floor was dirty & there was long black hair in the bathroom. (We are blond). In the shower, on the sink & floor. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned honestly. We left after the first night. Found accommodations elsewhere.

I found this hotel on the ihg website as being pet friendly. I booked it and right before check in I called the property to verify they were and to pay the pet deposit. I was told they were not pet friendly and when I asked what do I do the lady told me she will cancel my reservation and I would have to call booking and hung up. I still have not got a response from the hotel or booking. Almost 300 dollars down the drain on something ihg mis led me to believe.

I needed a one night stay before joining family and this fit the bill.

Everything was great...except the price. I think $215 per night is too much. However, I needed a late check-out and they graciously agreed to that. Very helpful to me! Breakfast was good.

The price. The airport shuttle stops at 10pm. My plane arrived too late for that so I had to pay for a taxi to the hotel ($15).

Close to Mesa Rim Rock Climbing gym...a huge plus! This is the reason we chose this hotel.

Liked that breakfast was offered in general. Oatmeal was good. Glad fruit was an option. Room was clean, bathrooms were updated and clean, beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was standard non healthy. We opted for the oatmeal and fruit. Disappointed that the apples were plastic wrapped! Wished for a non dairy option to add to my coffee (ie oat milk/almond milk/coconut milk). Coffeemate is full of chemicals. Hard to sleep with such a loud AC unit in the room. Front desk lady seemed unhappy and annoyed to be working.

I liked the bed.. room temp, black out curtains, water pressure!! Food was ok. No fresh fruit. Take an apple or banana.

Rudely awoken by fire alarm at 6:45am. Had to make a dash. My husbandcwas post surgery. I haveca bad knee. Could not find the exit stairs!!!!! 3 flights down with a swollen knee in pain... for a false alarm over BURNT TOAST!!!!! THE WAS NO ONE DIRECTING ANYTHING, NO ONE TO SAY IT WAS OK, NO ONE AROUND TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE EVACUATED SAFELY... NO ONE TO SAY EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR!!! Took after photos of exit sign, we couldn't find on evacuation

Well I was giving room 209, I needed to get up early to continue on my trip. Well right after my shower to laying down. I kept hearing bumping from room 207 I call down and the Lady at front desk said she would take care of it. She called they stop for a while then started all over Then bumping from up above. Then i called again . After 4 hrs of sleep go to the breakfast orange juice waters down color flavor. Tried the apple same. And I felt a little way because person with me was white. And when I she went over to front desk she went and asked lady at front desk if we had a room . And I felt that she was because the look she gave us when we walked in the area to start fixing our food. And as was bringing out she just kept giving a crazy looks . That’s why I watched her when she went over there. And she started talking to the front desk clerk and when they both look in our direction. I knew she going to do that. If I or person with me went to get anything she gave us crazy looks. Like we didn’t belong there so I felt as seeing also that whole staff was Hispanic on every job in there. And felt disrespected and treated as less. I didn’t see her look at treat any of the white familyor customers like that. Or the all black father and daughter who were there but me and my guess did not feel that we treated like the paying customer that was . But the person help that supposed the back door

We had booked a two bed and were given a single bed then charged additional fees to have a cot put in the room. On top of that all the extra fees added about $200 extra to an already widely expensive stay. What we received was not worth the money at all.

I made the reservation for a family member in their name and because I made the reservation they would not allow them to check in without me unless they paid cash. because they could not check in without me they did not stay and I was still charged on my card even though they wouldn’t charge my card over the phone so my family member could check in. but they had no problem charging my card because we didn’t stay.

A noisy airport hotel without a 24 hour shuttle

Extremely noisy hotel, noise from neighboring rooms and rooms above. No shuttle from the airport at our time of arrival. No response to my question asked on booking website about the shuttle. Pretty expensive.

The staff setting up breakfast was weird they just stare at you when you say hi and they wouldn’t say anything. When I came back for seconds I heard them gossiping in Spanish like umm.

Room was nice and clean. Bed comfort was exceptional. The breakfast is good and they offer a variety of things.

Front desk person was rude. My family and I stayed 3 nights total and on the 2nd day I called early morning and asked if we can have some bath towels and toilet paper brought up to our room. Her exact response was “No, you can come down and get some” The location is not the best. Located right on the side of the freeway.

Overall a great experience. The pool was nice and the access to all the channels was AWESOME!

Food was good. Serving area was a little small. It got a little crowded at times. I liked the variety of food and drinks. I LOVED all the channel options! Other hotels don't offer as many good channels to watch. THANK YOU FOR HAVING A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM!!

Only thing for me was the pull out mattress in the couch wasn't too comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
