Wonderful stay and plan on staying again. It was very clean and nice. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The only downfall

It was pretty clean. Bed was super comfy and shower was amazing.

The parking was pain we had to park in the very back parking lot. It wasn’t very friendly for guest.

Not worth $400 for one night.

The jacuzzi was fun at night with all the young families and kids. We got a few frozen margaritas from Fat Tuesdays and sat out by the fires.

The TVs in the room had like 3 channels, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom had basically no lighting. The walls were soooo thin you could here the family next to us and their whole gang of kids all night and morning at like 6am, it sounded like a zoo.the food was absolutely AWFUL.

Fun, spacious and clean!

Pool, bowling and kids play center were great with kids. Room was spacious, clean and well designed.

I used their text service for front desk help (phone line was perma-hold & going down to the desk is a bit of a shlep) and never got an answer. My phone number is Swedish, not American, so maybe that?

Paying $500. a night for a 3 star accommodation is.......

The website should have been more clear that when I expected a room with 2 queen beds, but the website says it's a room with "2" beds, but 1 one those beds is a foldout couch! And now we are expected to contact housekeeping ourselves for the bedding and make up the bed ourselves. Also, on a weekend where half of the elevators are not in operations with so many guests just added to the frustration.

Didn't appreciate all the extra fees

The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. Everything you need is inside the hotel.

I only stayed 1 night to see a concert, but I was charged 2 resort fees. 1 when checking in and 1 when checking out. I didn't plan for that cost and it upset me enough to not want to come back.

The ridiculous resort fees that are charged, even though I had no time or desire to make use of the pool, gym, etc… I am a local guest just needing a bed near the airport. Also, the (pillow top?) bed sinks too much during the night and becomes uncomfortable.

Elevator to 24th floor was inconsistent. Sometimes took 10-15 minutes to go 1 way. Also the room was nice but there was hair everywhere on the floors.

I had two stressful medical appointments and the stay here and the staff relieved that stress.

Didn't use it but was thrilled to see the skating rink from our room. Maybe next time. Hotel is a little worn but it has been around for a long time. Elevator was far from the room which was hard on my husbands back but Housekeeping offered to help with our suitcase without being asked when we were leaving. Staff really impressed me. Loved the Peking Duck (never had it) and staff in the Asian restaurant was excellent and the Steak was really tender when we had breakfast in the café the next morning! I was really impressed with all the staff Housekeeping, Janitorial, Valet, and front desk everyone was smiling and helpful. If their demeanor is an indicator you take care of your employees. Any housekeeping employee we passed would smile and say hi. Just nice.

Carpeting is worn in hallways but like I said above the hotel has been around a long time and is huge. I know it takes time to refurbish. I wish there were more shops. My husband had been there years ago and was disappointed in the lack of onsite shopping.
