The location was good. The lobby was good.
The luggage cart could not fit in the room or barely fit through the out cove going to the elevator. There was never better than warm water in the room. The flow set by the facility did not allow enought hot water to be out of the faucet of the sink or the shower. In my opinion if i can take a hot shower after a long car ride. I will never stay at the hotel again. Also the fruit was to under ripe to eat.

Friendly staff, convenient location, good parking.
The booking included a microwave in each room. We took our parents who had dietary requirements therefore took home cooked meals but microwave was not available. Upon enquiry we were told that the microwaves were moved from our room to the suites for other guests. We had to go down to the first floor every time we wanted heat food. This facility was one of the major reasons for booking at this hotel.

Hot food was eatable. Breads were not dry.
Bathroom light fixture was flashing on its way from burning out. Terrible job in communication between housekeeping, maintenance, and management. We should have never been assigned to that room.
We were moved to another room. It was never properly cleaned by housekeeping. There was finger/toenail on the carpet and hair on the bed sheet.
They moved us to a third room.

The pool was cold (which I guess is nice during the day, but it wasn't in the evening). But it wasn't a huge deal.

The property needs updating. The elevator floor was dirty and cracked and had an odd smell. The bathroom had very poor lighting and bulb was flickering. The bath tub/shower was old with some staining. There were piles of electrical cords on the floor in two places. The worst is that we paid over $800 for 3 nights and had no services to our room. We had to call the front desk to get clean towels, coffee,, etc. When we checked out we did speak to the manager. He apologized but said they don't service/clean the rooms every day. We were not told that upon check-in. There was no compensation because we booked the room through Booking.com. We would not stay there again.

The property is located conveniently, is clean, the staff were great, but the BED was HORRIBLE. It was so hard, and you could literally feel springs. C’mon, upgrade your mattresses. Other than that, loved it! :)

Ice machine worked fast. But only on second floor.
The check in went strange. I think they charged my card the full amount separately from my prepay with booking com. It was off by a few cents from each other. I'll need to call tomorrow with the bank to confirm.

Close to the freeway. It’s a Marriott so you know it’s pretty trustworthy. Pretty good bed and pillows.
Older hotel but was still expensive. Air conditioner didn’t work the best. Shower needs to be updated. Front desk employee wasn’t very friendly!

The breakfast was good.
Upon check-in, the room was not ready. Short staff. The pool was closed, and that was the downfall my daughter was really looking forward to it. could have said something online. The bed had hair, and it squeaked, and it was so worn outit hurt my back. The sink in the bathroom, well, the water took a long time to go down. I really thought it would be a really nice hotel for the money we paid but nope. I'm not impressed at all.
