Disappointed

The suit

The tv wasn’t working or the phone to call front desk, house keeper didn’t go to clean the suit. Mind you I requested a day before. Breakfast was supposed to be included but when we got down there was nothing. Mind you we went around 8:40-9 and when we ask if they were refilling they said no. The light /electricity went off for 4-6 hrs .. the man in the front desk was very nice and friendly but service here sucks. The suit was very nice but service was really bad.

Best western is always good as usual

Good-sized rooms, great staff, very clean facility. This was the perfect room for our family, everyone was comfortable, the bathroom, tv, cabinet, fridge/microwave were all placed perfectly in the room.

Breakfast was served in the attached hotel by the lobby, breakfast could be better (it was a bit cold, with limited options). The last morning we were there, we lost power, the staircase were behind a locked door, which was not the smartest place for it. There were no directions to the staircase in the lobby... Everything else was great but seems like the staff needs more training for emergency situations.

The hotel staff was personable and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was large!

The power cut out or something and there were both weird loud noises and a lot of annoying beeping.

Perfect stopover for our long drive

Easy off freeway on our way west. We stay here frequently. Dependently satisfying. Large room, clean and comfortable. Quiet. Good bed.

Bathroon sink didn't drain well, but ok as we were there such a short time. Don't care for the breakfast.....but that's not our focus.

Could have been better, but did have nice bed and bedding.

This was a last minute trip to avoid deteriorating weather so we just decided to stay at Best Western because we always can predict our stay. This was a very nice building with on site restaurant and other amenities. Efficient check in and nice room. Enjoyed the selection of pillows.

Strange location near industrial area. Lighting could be brighter. Bathroom lighting was too low for makeup purposes. Shower required that you step inside to turn on the water thus getting wet before checking water temp. Breakfast was not hot, juice not replenished and no staff in attendance.

Terrible service.

Room was pretty clean when we arrived

Bed was broken on one side. They done do any housekeeping. We spent 3 nights and they never gave us new towels or emptied our trash. I asked for them to do housekeeping and they told me I had to request it 24 hours in advance. They didn’t provide any hand soap. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go ask for more.

Probably the worst best western stay ever.

The jaccuzi

Truthfully the locations staff is really sweet for the most part but the room smelled as if they used an old dirty mop to mop the floors. I spent most of the night that I was actually in the room gagging from the smell. The staff made us feel as if we couldn’t say anything because upon arrival they said about 10 times how over booked they were. Made us feel as if they wouldn’t even attempt to make it right or swap the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were clean.

Plus? The only Plus was the price. Housekeeping was only by request the day before…absolutely not what I would expect from an upscale hotel. Reserved for 4 but room had 1-1oz bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and 2 towels leaving us having to go to the desk to ask for additional. The breakfast buffet was not good. I’m tired of excuses of lack of employees. Pay people a fair wage & benefits or schedule your property for what you can handle.

The location is hard to access. It’s right on the freeway with a very busy intersection nearby. Not very close to dining options or gas stations.

It was a quality room but poorly designed for disabled guests.

The cleanliness and the 6 pillows per bed.

It is not designed for disabled guests. I had a handicap room that was on the 7th floor and furthest away from the elevators. If there was a fire, we can't use the elevators, and my grandma wouldn't be able to go down 7 flight of stairs. Also, for the price I expect a free breakfast.

A nice place to stay if you don't need to be right on top of a casino.

Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The fitness center was nice. The room was very clean and accommodating.

This location was not particularly close to many restaurants. The offering for the breakfast buffet seemed rather sparse for the price.

Met our expectations, other than pet situation stated above.

Customer service, our room were excellent.

You market as "pet friendly" well all the dogs not allowed around the property sign state otherwise, seems very unfriendly. Pet owners as a whole use respect, for cleaning up poop. The signs with dogs crossed off, like not allowed seemed offensive to a per owner. Plus no area in the back area to to walk a dog for taking care of business, and you have to find the area in the front of the building. Either be per friendly or don't have pets allowed.
