The bathroom had not been cleaned properly. I have never complained to staff and requested new (or repeat) cleaning at a hotel before- but the hair balls and lack curly hairs around the toilet were simply too disgusting to ignore. It took 3 calls, and a very rude room attendant and three managers before it was properly done. I booked three rooms at the hotel and my compensation for such awful customer service and a disgusting King Suite was a credit of two resort fees in the one room. The first full day at the hotel, we went to the pool with the intention of swimming. Huge mistake. The water was cloudy, foamy, and had literal floating hair clumps. Then we noticed the very obviously yellow tinted water coming from the water fall into the pool. Clearly their filtration NOT up to par. We did not feel comfortable swimming in that. I chose this hotel for its indoor pool and reasonably priced rooms- not worth it! Such a disappointment.

Everything was great! Casino/bar wise, not so much. The “Lounge” bartender is rude, ignores you, overcharges you, and is more worried about flirting and talking about food places with some drunk rando than taking care of paying “higher end drink purchasing” customers.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Just like our first time the room was clean and had the amenities we needed. There was plenty of towels. The hotel front desk clerk named Hailey was very accommodating. My reserved room was nowhere close to my sister in law’s family and when I told Hailey this she was able to switch it to the next door of my sil’s room. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Reno, especially because by the time we are back the elevators will be upgraded.

5th floor is pool area. Hot tub is huge and pool area has a tiny waterfall. Super family friendly. Arcade for the kids and downstairs with slots. Park on 2nd floor to easy access to check-in. We would stay here again. Island Grill has a huge pizza.

Look it it what it is. While it may not be the fanciest Hotel in town they are clean, efficient and comfortable at a fair price. Staff is always pleasant. The rooms are large. The bars are plenty!

I was very disappointed I got the king suite and the reason for my choice was because of the hot tub. The hot tub did not work and the tv didn’t work in my room either.
