Clean and adequate. Don’t expect ambiance!

Clean , simple , and reasonably priced in expensive area.

Hard to figure out what you needed in your room that usually comes standard for overnight stay only.

Large room. Great 1.5 mile around a lake right next door.

I liked how large the room was and the divider between the two beds so my mom and I could have a bit of separation. Hot coffee and tea available for breakfast. I would prefer a hot breakfast though.

When I booked the room, I sent a message with the reservation asking for a bottom floor room and explained my mother's medical condition along with my pet's needs (I need to be able to get him outside quickly). I got there and there were no ground floor rooms. I ended up with a room up the elevator. My key card stopped working mid trip. The last motel I stayed at provided hot coffee and tea all day long and I really appreciated that.

It was ok, clean, staff were nice but my room got booked out before I had checked out so I couldn’t extend.

I liked how it was clean and any help I needed, i got.

They kept booking my room out before I had even checked out. So when I tried to pay to extend around 2am, they said no because someone paid for my room already. Makes no sense considering check out is 10am. And I hadn’t checked out yet.

The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. It was nice to have coffee available with breakfast.

Having to go down to the desk for hangers, hair dryer, and dishes. No shampoo available. A dispenser would have been nice,

Location was fantastic! Right off the 80, yet quiet and near the Sparks Marina: food and shopping. We needed the full size fridge.

Security latch on door was broken, long black hair throughout the room. (not ours) Clogged drain in bathroom sink. Bathroom fan when you look up at it needed cleaning badly. Too much deferred maintenance. Rm 212

Very quiet room, even though I was on a road I never heard any noise and there was a little view

I like the location as it was close to the freeway and close to some restaurants. I love that it was extremely clean and spotless and air-conditioning and TV remote were very easy to use.

I didn’t really use the breakfast, but I went and looked at it and it’s more just grab and go

Updated, modern, clean

Builders cut corners, tiny girl walking on second floor sounds like 1,000 elephant stomping on ceiling. Horrible nights sleep. Stomping on ceiling stopped at 10:30PM, fire alarm at 3:00 AM, false alarm, stomping till 3:30, stomping again 4:30 on the road with little sleep, Overpriced at $144.00 Dive hotel night before at $64 was better.

Bare bones stay. Okay for an overnight.

Rooms were bare bones and although they come with a kitchenette, you had to put in a special request for any kitchen tools and even a coffee maker. The breakfast offerings were horrible and too much sugar. I wish they'd offer at least one semi-healthy option.

My stay in Reno

The room was clean and very comfortable.

The elevator was broken on my first day. I was on the second floor and explained that I have heart disease and climbing stairs were difficult. They told me I could have a refund and did not offer any other help. The last day I was there there was loud noises at 5.30 in the morning like there was work going on. Woke me up.

Love location next to Sparks Marina

Love the location right next to Sparks marina where you can walk around the lake. Good big room with full kitchen including big fridge as it is an Extended Stay. Pet friendly. Clean and comfy. Everything worked. Got a really good price through Booking.com Close to nice coffee shop and restaurant on the lake. Near chain restaurants and big mall if you prefer that; and just off Interstate 80, but never heard freeway noise.

Many people (guests and staff?) smoking right outside the front door and in parking lot so I had to run a gauntlet of cigarrete smoke that made coming and going very unpleasant. I complained to staff and they just shrugged their shoulders. At a non smoking facility!!!!!

Very nice. Would come here again, but would bring tape to block some of the lights.

Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Great black out shade in the window kept the morning sun at bay.

Several electronic lights in the room lit up the room unnecessarily. Microwave was especially bright.
