There was a light from the car park that shone into the window. The blinds had gaps, so the light shone all night long on my face. Our view was the car park.

Location was convenient.

Room 101 - door lock not functioning and door alignment in frame was broken. The shower head fell completely off and broke in multiple pieces. We could not reach the shower head -too tall. Unknown why it fell off. Room above us was nonstop stomping all night - sounded like a large dog or kids running around. Clerk at front desk was borderline rude.

The staff were very nice

It was a pretty dirty property. There were so many people there that the dining area was too small and we ended up leaving without breakfast which was one of the main reasons we booked. Also our room was supposed to be an "ocean view" which i assumed was a pool or lake and we were over looking the parking lot.

The hotel was new, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious!

The one man that worked in the lobby was not helpful and very rude. We were very disappointed at the billing. One day is one rate and the next its another. We found it to be expensive and for that reason we probably will not stay there again.

Clean and efficient, and a quiet stay away from Reno traffic

The location is very good, out of the fray of Reno and across the street from a large mall with restaurants and other services. The room and the public areas were very clean, and everything functioned well. We left very early so didn't try the breakfast.

The reception was a little gruff, but efficient. We would have liked a restaurant onsite, but there were good meal options in the large mall across the street.

Our stay was great in the king suite with a beautiful lake view!

We accidentally ended up at the Reno location before we made it to the Reno-Sparks location. Kind of liked the first location better. More “out of the way” and not so crowded by so many other buildings. Kind of pricey for one night. But, we LOVED the lake view and King suite was bigger than we planned on getting. We were surprised and pleased with it! The complimentary brunch was delicious! Wished we could’ve stayed longer.

One of the beds boxspring/frame was broken so when you sat on the lower edge of the bed, it flipped up and made a horrible noise.

What I didn't like was in regards to you, Booking.com. I thought the first fee of $208 was the nightly fee and it turned out I paid 3 varied fees for the nights I was there. Not good. I thought I would be told that upon booking the room.

Exceptional

Breakfast was great. A lot of variety and good food. We enjoyed the pool all by ourselves. The pool was clean and there was a restroom right in the pool area.

The roundabout threw us off a bit. We even have a roundabout in our neighborhood but this one was super busy. I would have liked specific instructions on how to maneuver it. We would have liked a hot tub- we missed that here.

Great location!

Newer hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of shops nearby.

There was a wad of toilet paper in the toilet apon arrival and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. We ate breakfast a little late and most things were out of stock.
