Comfortable rooms and exceptional staff.

The employees were outstanding. The air-conditioning worked extremely well. The bathroom was spacious.

The riverfront view is spoiled by the number of homeless people in the area. And while the homeless people are plentiful, no one ever asked for a handout.

Convenient, pleasant

Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable and spacious. Walkable to many fun things including the river walk and automobile museum.

Shares parking garage with ball park. Even though they have marked spaces for hotel guests, they are often full with ball park visitors in the early evening.

Dead flying bugs in the pool

I liked everything about the Courtyard.

What i didn't like is the outdoor area, mostly the pool and table areas. I'm glad i didn't take my kids swimming. There are too many bugs flying around . I wish that Marriott would put up a bug net cover so that way it'll cover the open areas and it'll protect the customers. But especially the pool was full of dead bugs. Gross!!

Very comfortable and quiet

Our suite was a one bedroom two bathroom which is much bigger than anticipated. All items in the kitchen were newer and nice. We were provided with extra pillows and blankets without having to ask. There are tons of bellboy carts which we used both for our luggage and for groceries.

The bed was pretty firm almost too firm. I wish there was an ice bucket in the room even though I can make my own ice. There really wasn’t anything else to complain about, none of these things were deal breakers.

Great location, walking distance to many places.Disappointed in tv functionality and outside noise.

The TV didn’t work had to contact desk 2x then the remote did not work. Almost had to sleep with tv stuck on. The room we had was beautiful but extremely noisy outside.

Served its purpose, needs improvement before I stay there again.

I liked that I could walk everywhere I needed to get to from the hotel. I liked that the staff was friendly and warm, even in the face of the mid-evening alarm checking. I also liked that I could look over the river from the hotel's patio. I liked the water available in the lobby.

I didn't like that the hotel didn't email us about the alarm testing. I didn't like the beds for being so soft. I didn't like the thin walls and doors that made falling to sleep difficult. I didn't like my access to showtime because the selection was limited. I didn't like the pricing of food. I didn't like that not all the USB ports in the room worked.

I like to walk to the downtown River front and it doesn’t feel safe after dark.

Loved the location.

Never had towels in the pool area. Room smelt of cigarette smoke and all the staff said was the were working on. Parking garage was full and the staff said sorry!

Nearby Homeless 1-2 blocks away. Elevator Floor number paint is worn off; makes it a tad difficult to choose your floor.

My room on the ground floor was dark and needed to have lights switched on the whole day; when people were smoking on the patio the whole smell landed in my room; no grocery store or breakfast place in the neighborhood
