The hotel was updated and clean

Beds were hard as a rock. The breakfast was mediocre. There was a gap in the bathroom door, i guess because it was a pocket door, but that reduced privacy for us. I booked for the hot tub - and it was out of order. Not a great value.

Great stop!

Parking was easy and check-in staff were very helpful. Beautiful hotel and very spacious room. Breakfast was good. Location is very safe. Right off the highway but able to get good rest during my trip. There are a few food options nearby that were great!

Price was the highest compared to all the other places I stayed during my 5-day road trip. If I need to drive through Reno again, I'll consider this location but I don't think I can afford to return regularly.

Breakfast was exceptional

Our flights were delayed and we called to let them know we would be late. They cancelled our reservation anyway. The night clerk tried to put us in a room that did not fit our needs and only after complaining vigorously did he finally put us in the room that we had reserved. But the pull-out bed and roll-in beds were extremely uncomfortable and our sons could not sleep in them. A very bad overall experience.

A Restful Stay on a Business Trip

My stay started with a cheery greeting from the desk clerk, who processed my reservation quickly. I was delighted when I got to my room to see how spacious it was, especially the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and I could work at the desk for some time.

The only "negative" was that the showerhead was located about 7 feet up the shower wall. For those of us who are under 6 feet, it was a stretch. :)

Better co munication on why deposits are kept

My deposit was not refunded and I. Not sure why. If you could give a email to your guest about not receiving deposit would be nice. The front desk falls was friendly but not knowledgeable about how to check guests in. My card was almost charged twice.

The property was very nice. It was very clean and quiet. My boyfriend and I stayed in the half suit. It was a very good size, and well accommodated.

The fact that you didn’t have the option on the television to pull up your own tv accounts like netflix YouTube ect, and instead only cable, we didn’t think was very nice. We also didn’t enjoy the food they served for free breakfast. We didn’t feel it was good overall. Very bland and not pleasant

We were given a room with a broken air conditioner. The air came out warm and there was a horrible screeching noise that was impossible to ignore. When we went to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms, we found the employee snoring and sound asleep in the office. We ended up just staying in the room rather than trying to go around the front desk and wake the employee. The room was too hot to sleep. The lamp shade fell off the lamp and hit my daughter. One of the two USB charging ports in the room wasn't a charger at all but just a black hole. The Kleenex box was empty. The hotel had no feminine products. We were told they were supposed to, but there were a bunch of books in the drawer where the tampons should've been. We tried speaking with a manager at the hotel this morning and we were told they can't do anything for us because we booked through you.

Staff very helpful, facility very clean daily, breakfast variety great daily, views are really beautiful.

Ice build up in parking lot made it difficult to walk to vehicles.. more salt or mitigation of ice needed in main front parking area and outside walkways.
