I was very pleased with the hotel, will stay there again for sure

Beds were the worst

Easy to get to off the freeway.

We stayed in the North Tower and it’s so far away from the casino floor. The beds were very uncomfortable and the design and location of things such as bedside lamps that you can’t turn off unless you get out of bed again. The bathroom shower controls are backwards, placement of the toilet paper holder made no sense.

Very good stay, staff were friendly

Staff were very helpful and friendly, pretty clean for a casino, we stayed 4 nights but only thing were the mattress were so hard my shoulders, hips knees pain big time. Got the jacuzzi tub so that came in handy. Overall a great experience.

We ended up staying an extra night during our layover towards Boise. It was perfect.

The location was great for us because we were traveling through and didn’t need to be in Reno. The gas station is close by and the hotel is nice with an all night restaurant, gambling, a pool and nice staff.

Located right off the freeway, it was a mere 9 miles from our friends' home.

Located right off the freeway, the noise from the highway was loud, the room was ok, but dingy in appearance. The window in the room overlooked the pool in the middle of the hotel, which felt claustrophobic. It was overall very depressing.

Fine, ate at other restaurants mostly. Really liked the Steakhouse!

Pool was to cold!! Major power failure due to a bad storm the last night we were there.

Rooms located way too far from entrance. No exterior window. Noisy. Too much casino, too little hotel. Very confusing and disorienting parking lot. Very noisy A/C, noise from other rooms. Confusing interior layout of building. Ran out of towels as room not cleaned/checked on second day. Every room smelled like cigarette smoke. Would not stay again, would not recommend.

All in all, we did enjoy our stay and we’ll stay there again

The rec area, onsite restaurants, clean rooms.

At check in, the worker was very abrupt and rude. She must have been having a bad day. The pool was closed, we were not made aware of it, even though we called days before to confirm it was an indoor pool. Lastly, the pool is close for maintenance, and on the Friday we were there, at 8 AM the workers doing the maintenance on the pool turn the radio on, hard rock, extremely loud, waking us all up. I will say that should we stay there again, I will never want a room that faces the pool, cause there’s no natural light and it’s very drab.

Don’t stay there!

1. The pool was advertised but we learned that it was closed due to renovation when we arrived. Receptionist referred us to website. 2. My room was not cleaned for 3 days. I had to pick up my fresh towels from the registration at 11pm. 3. They painted in my floor in front of my room during the stay. That smell was bad. Again the Receptionist referred me to the website. That is rude! I do not recommend this place. Will definitely not stay there again!

The location was really out of our way, my fault for not investigating further. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It probably would have been fun for someone who likes to gamble. Dinner at Mel’s diner was delicious!

They have two very nice restaurants in the building. The Steakhouse Restaurant and The Original Mel's Diner.

Parking can be a little difficult especially if you are in the South Tower.
