Wish we had just stayed at a hotel

4:00 check in, elevator didn’t work, incorrect signage, charged us for parking, TV didn’t work, way too much online drama.

Good but it can be improved

I like that it was new property. That’s pretty much it. The kitchen had all the supplies that ones might need and even more. Super clean kitchen

Parking is not something I liked at all. 6th floor, exposed parking and you have to walk from 5th floor to get to it. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t turn off and it maid a noise. Imagine spending 2 nights hearing a squeaky fan that you CANT TURN OFF. the bedroom mattress is horrible. Less than good quality.

Clean, and good for a stop through town, but glad I was only there for one night.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, once they were aware I was there. It was a little clunky for a bit. The building was super clean and quiet. Really good value for the money.

I've never experienced a more clunky check in - I got there and there wasn't much instruction or direction on where to go. I ended up in the leasing office, and the lady was really nice and said "they will come get you" so I waited to be "gotten". I waited for 10 minutes. Then checked with her again. She said, oh they haven't gotten a hold of you? She then called someone and I had to wait another 30 minutes. A little frustrating when you have dinner reservations to get to. Once I was gotten it was a little smoother. I was disappointed that when I reserved the rooms we were told we would be right next to each other, but we were about 6 doors away from each other). This place has some bugs to figure out. We were told to download an app for room access and then in the app you had door codes, but they said they won't work (but surprise, the door codes did work and made it easier for my older kids to stay in their own room on the other end of the hall). Maybe it's just so new that they have a few kinks to iron out. Walking around the building was a complete maze and everything looked exactly the same around every turn. It makes it difficult to find the elevators that go to different floors and some access parking and some don't. I honestly don't think I would stay here again at this Placemakr location.

Nice appartment at a fair cost, but with frustrating check-in process

The appartments are are big, nice and clean. The building offers a swimming pool, an outdoor community grill area, a gym and much more.

The check-in process is very complicated and the staff at the front desk was stressed out.

The location of the building was really great. The staff were also very friendly. I liked the facilities that it had, and the gym equipment was nice and new.

Lovely stay

I liked how friendly the staff were, the hotel itself was beautiful, the pool was amazing, and staff were quick with their responses.

I wish they had towels out at the pool. Parking on the 6th floor was inconvenient as we had to carry everything down to the first floor, which was the floor we stayed on. I also wish they had room service every day. We didn't need room service every day, but it still would have been nice to be checked up on to see if anything was needed. It would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom as well, since the hide a bed was so uncomfortable. They need darker curtains as well, the pool light was shining in our bedroom every night.
