May I suggest that families with children assign Rooms in the lower floors.. Courtesy Rules applied. No unnecessary noise- re: running around or heavy walking especially those in upper floors. Thank you! It’s a clean and beautiful hotel.

Some rooms advertised on booking.com are incorrect I have booked a double queen room but it appeared as a king room within the hotel’s system. Better fix the booking system or it would be false advertisement and misleading customers

Didn’t expect pay parking in this huge lot and non-urban setting. Office chair was missing from my room, desk phone had no wire so was not working, and front desk person was busy so ended up borrowing a chair from the lobby to use for work in my room.Beautiful facility though.

Room was very clean and the elevators arrive quickly.

Jet engine noise from planes taking off from Reno Tahoe International begins at 6:00am, making sleeping in pretty much impossible and the breakfast was very disappointing.

Electric Car, great, otherwise, Avoid!

We liked the EV Charging availability and used it to charge our car. There were many places nearby that were convenient for buying things that were used.

The room was terriblly layed out, the refrigerator was small and did not offer enough settings, The air Conditioner was difficult to work with, The Shower Head was too high and did not offer enough settings. They said that they had no hand soap available. And, the staff did not seem to be overly friendly. The $8 parking fee really infuriated us on top of the already super high price for what we found in our stay. Keep charging for parking and not making hand soap available, on top of all these other anoying dissapointments and Marriott can count us out!

Nice updated rooms and quiet even though right off freeway. Parking is NOT free.

Rooms have been nicely updated and they are spacious. Very quiet from outside noise. Housekeeping staff were awesome - friendly and professional! However, the Front Desk staff during my stay might have well been zombies!! I used to work Front Desk during college so I get it, but the desk was never super busy. These ladies were half dead when interacting with them. NOT a great first impression for the hotel. Again, housekeeping staff were fantastic!

Front Desk ladies - not great for Front Desk duties. Parking charge of $24 for 3 nights - no mention from Front Desk during checkin of where this Free parking was located. There was a Steak & Shake and a gas station next door and a mall across the street - but again no mention of where I was should park if I did not want to pay.
