We thought communication with owner was brilliant, always prompt and helpful. Especially appreciated them getting us a bed rail. Location was great, near lots of shops. Everything was well stocked. Even had kiddies plastic plates and some toys which was a bonus.

The stairs are very steep and for families would definitely benefit from a portable stair gate. For this reason we couldn’t utilise all the bedrooms as it was too risky if the kids came out of their rooms in the night. The top step would be better carpeted too. A bath mat would be good to as was worried they may slip if we had showers so just had baths. There was a couple of corners in the kitchen that were head height for my youngest and they were very sharp. We had a couple of near misses but I think a couple of plastic corner covers would help.

We really liked the size of the rooms .It was spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious. It was also very comfortable.

Wifi was not working ,it was hard to get the keys ,there were also some spiders but that was not a big issue .,

Great property in a very convenient area. All the amenities were close by including supermarkets, takeaways and a huge range of shops. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We liked the huge smart tv with all the apps. Beds were very comfy. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall a great property and we enjoyed our stay
