Really clean. Lots of things at the property are brand new

Lovely and modern, nicely designed and decorated. Nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Decent location as we wanted a Peak District walk and also to go to Trafford centre, so right in the middle. Felt perfectly spacious for the three of us, but I probably wouldn’t want more than around 4 people there.
The smaller room felt slightly neglected. Could do with a mirror in there (also a mirror in the big room), a fan (only room without a fan), and perhaps some kind of small desk/drawers to be able to put a few of your things out.

Good location with easy access to other parts of Macclesfield. Shop/Post Office 2 minutes' walk away. Three pubs within 5 minutes' walk.
Superstore was 15-20 minutes' walk away.
Facilities were generally good although casual seating in the dining/living area was limited. Otherwise, well-appointed with good kitchen facilities and equipment including cooker and washing machine.
Located in the old Chinese takeaway which was previously a fish and chip shop.
Communal bathroom/toilet was on the second floor. No toilet on the ground floor.
Steep stairs between floors.
Parking was on the area immediately in front of the property. This was awkward for the vehicle (VW Multivan) which we were using as the space was limited and the property is on the corner of two very busy roads.
The traffic in the area was quite noisy at times.
No instructions for the TV and we weren't able to find BBC/ITV channels.

"Well presented, clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our stay compromised of 3 adults and 2 boys (11 &15) we had lots of room and having 3 bathrooms was a god send!
