Avoid at all costs!

When I arrived at the room there was vodka and suspicious plastic bag next to bed! The room was dirty, sheets weren't clean and there was someone's hair on it. It was almost midnight when I arrived so I couldn't do anything and stayed in this... place. I do not recommend to anyone. Please do not stay here.

It provided us with an over night stay near the airport, which is what we wanted.

The decor and overall look was very modern and looked quite new but there were quite a few damp patches around.

There was no breakfast! There wasn’t even any coffee! For our second stay there we requested a downstairs room as pulling suitcases upstairs for two pensioners was a nightmare. I didn’t even get a reply to my request and we still had an up stairs room. Another criticism was the heating. The bathroom in particular was like a sauna. We had to open windows in the bedroom and bathroom but couldn’t leave them open all night because of the planes going over.

it was okay, a little odd

it was fine. odd mix of expensive decor and lack of maintenance. back garden has lots of squirrels and birds to watch.

No hot water. When I went to the kitchen, I found a notice on a door that said, "If there's no hot water, press the START button." I couldn't find the START button.

Worst stay in a B&B in my life so far.

Nothing- horrible in the extreme.

I was terrified as I could not figure out how to obtain the key. The lock box has been warned and did not work in the first time. I was staying to go to airport with my 4 luggages. The room I was offered was in the top most floor and the staircase was so narrow and I struggled a lot ( literally) to get to that floor with my luggages and the same repeated in the morning. Room was extremely small and once I placed my luggages no place even to stand up. I was hungry and no restaurant nearby to buy anything. Extremely poor service. Will never book again.

Great. The hosts were absolutely fantastic too.

That they sent the check in information weeks before the arrival day so there was no issues or delays.

The mattress was a bit of a pain to sleep on when sharing with someone but that's mostly because I'm a light sleeper so it's more my issue.

It was in a nice area, far enough from the city that you’re not among the hustle and bustle but cheap and easy to get an Uber if you wish. There is a convenience store at the top of the street. Not far at all from buses and trams. The staff were brilliant and accommodated an early check in on short notice. The bed was extremely comfortable. It’s also only 10 minutes drive away from the Airport.

The only thing that knocked a point was the noise from the other guests, but that’s to no fault of the owners. A point knocked for cleanliness due to other guests using the shared bathroom, but again that’s to no fault of the owners, plus we were made aware of the shared bathroom in the description when booking.

The bathroom was to s.all to shower or use the toilet. The downstairs had a very strong smell of mold, there was a water pipe in the middle of the kitchen that was a trip hazard and could have leaked as it wasn't capped off properly. The room was not as advertised it was very dirty and we only stayed one night and book another hotel

Easy to get to from the airport by tram. Clear check in instructions from the host. Room was clean and matched the photos.

The sink downstairs didn’t work therefore the cutlery and plates were dirty before we used them. There was no hot water and the bathroom was mouldy.

Great staff, simple little room if your waiting for a flight

Staff were really great, highlight of the booking. I arrived early to put my bags in the room and head to manchester centre. Cleaners were really great, they let me in early, cleaned the room and were really friendly. I mebtioned i was heading into manchester centre fpr the day and they even gave me a lift to near the centre as they were going that way. Really kind and nice guys. The house is fine, small room perfect if you just need a few hours sleep near the airport. Its basic just a bed and shared toilet/shower but all you need for the price.

Not the best area but not too bad. Very close to the aiport with 24/7 busses to the terminal. Good for the price. Quite noisey as people i guess are coming and going at all hours for flights but i also was leaving 5am so cant really complain.

ROOM 6 Accommodation was fine, it wasnt as clean but it wasnt disgusting as some comments say, however it is a shared accom. With 6 Rooms. Each level (3 levels) have its own toilet and shower. Kitchen is fully equipped if you want to eat downstairs. Easy access to lock box with key. Great for a night or 2 stay. I had an early flight the next morning, and the tram on a Sunday began service at approx 6.30am which was really convenient and not a far walk. Local to the Wythenshawe Precinct (walking distance)

I guess booking under the assumption of the reviews had my anxiety going But the house is very modern, a few more tweaks in regards to maybe keeping up with the household cleaning and outdoor gardens. It may be a better experience for people who are high maintenance or have OCD. Other then that, we had no major issues. There is no tv, but we had our ipad to keep us entertained. So not a big issue for us

Close to the airport. Comfortable bed

The narrow stairs to the second floor, impossible for our luggage which stayed in the car. The slanting roof in the bathroom which made it almost impossible for my husband to pee in the toilet. The small room in which we stayed with no facilities
