Manchester 2 Bedroom House with Garden

The location of the property is in a quiet neighbourhood and a short walk to the Christie hospital (10 mins). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fairly easy to use and manage. Secure back garden ideal for letting the dog out.

The sofa in the lounge is not very comfortable for watching tv although the smaller one is ok for one person. Stains on the carpet covered with a small table. Garden unkempt needs a little tlc. Problem with the lock on the front door but this was quickly resolved by the owner.

Convenient location south of the city centre and shops / restaurants within walking distance. Interior has what you need without frills - just right for a short stay with our little dog. Nice to have the outside space. The hosts were very responsive when we had a few minor issues with the wifi etc.

Not a major issue but we did have to vigilant with the dog to outside as there are two gaps in the fence.

Great house. Warm, dry,clean and cosy. Ideal location for a family stay.

Property was ideal as we had a puppy so needed outdoor space. Not far from Trafford centre by car which was the reason we visited.

Garden gate was not properly closed and only noticed on the last day so it’s a good job our puppy never got out, few things in the house were a bit outdated eg table and chairs in the kitchen and living room furniture. Tv was a bit high on the wall compared to how low and far the couch was, couldn’t watch during the day due to the glare from the window. Odd few stains on the carpet and broken bench by the front door, also damaged laminate in the front bedroom and cobwebs on the walls in the back bedroom and by the blinds in the kitchen on the patio doors. Back door key was stiff to turn to get the door open, and wooden front door didn’t make us feel very safe. We were also awoken at 2am by the neighbours home alarm which was left for around 20 minutes before being switched off, this then went off again so we decided to leave in the early hours of the morning
