The room was lovely had everything we needed for a comfortable stay it was peaceful..comfortable bed clean and nothing was to much trouble very friendly

Pleasant but not a repeater

Parking was protected and the host was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious.

I chose the place as the images presented a pub/restaurant, but this was closed down. The free wifi didn't work consistently. The setup in the room for relaxing didn't work well, especially where the TV was situated. It also didn't help that one had to climb 3 sets of stairs to get to the room.

Clean, spacious, excellent value for money!

The Hawthorne was better than i expected! Warm welcome from Martin on arrival, and so helpful! Our room was spotless, and there was access to a seperate kitchen which was very handy. The shower was powerful, the bed was comfy, it was quiet... What more do you want for under £100 per night! We will be back to stay here during our daughters next dance comp in Oldham 😃 Thank you!

Not a criticism, but they were doing some works outside, to the rear, building a community area outside area i think. Will be good when it's finished! Didn't cause us any disruption at all!
