Lovely place, Martin was a lovely host, there whenever we needed him. Comfortable room, Big space and good facilities with a fridge etc.
Only thing is a bit of a noisy road

What an excellent location. Nestled into this area of Oldham. A little nugget of countryside. The room was exceptionally clean. The towels wonderfully soft. The bed. Really comfortable. The facilities. There were washing machines available and a kitchen. I could move in. It was that good.
Martin is an amazing person. He gave me a great welcome. Checked I had everything I needed. A salt of the earth person.
I will be back in the future.

Clean, cheerful and helpful manager. Quiet, shower ok
Thought it was a pub with associated facilities when booking. Pub is now closed. No breakfast available nearby had to drive to find somewhere- coffee tea and kettle available but no milk in the room
