On the whole, a nice property

The facilities were very good, everything you needed and the location was good

It wasn't as clean as I'd have liked, the bathroom towel rail had a lot of dust on and the unit at the side of the sink hadn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. The kitchen also needed a good clean.

A comfortable stay and responsive host

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment – had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was really responsive and helpful throughout, answering any questions quickly. We were also kindly allowed to check in a little early, which was much appreciated.

We had an additional family member join us last minute, which meant we had to pay an extra charge. Just something to be aware of – the listed price is based on the number of guests, even though the apartment can sleep up to 4. Not something I’ve come across with other apartments before. Also, parking isn’t included – it’s paid street parking nearby. The host did advise where free parking could be found, but we didn’t feel comfortable walking that far at night.

Excellent little place.

The property was stunning. Very spacious, didn't want for anything. Location was spot on for local amenities. Could not of picked a better place or location. Would definitely stay again and hope to do so soon. If we have to be super critical the only downside is if you have a car. You can park right outside the property easily but if you were wanting to stay in would have to keep topping up £1.20 every 2 hrs till 6pm when parking is then free till 8am. We would next time come by train into Manchester then hop on a tram to a stop just around the corner from property. We would give the property and location 10 out of 10

It was spacious and clean. Many shops nearby which was really helpful. Town was only down the road to us. Great location. The apartment was presented really well and it was a really comfortable stay. The host was also really friendly and helpful.

Perfect stay

We stayed here for a gig at the Etihad Stadium to avoid the prices in Manchester. It was £13 for a taxi to the Etihad which I thought was cheap. The apartment was lovely, it had everything you need and 10X better than any hotel. Will 100% stay again if we go for another gig in Manchester.
