Lovely basic apartment that provided a great base for getting out to local activities

Great central location, great host, great stay

The location was perfect as I was in the area visiting friends and family over Christmas and New Year. Parking was OK although sometimes a little tricky. The outside area was small but relatively private for the time of year. Some of the interior could do with an update as doors and drawers were loose but all clean and tidy. Great TV and WiFi. Fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, air fryer, toaster and kettle all provided. Bedroom size was good and bathroom was huge with a decent size shower. Living room was large enough and comfortable. Living/kitchen/dining room all open plan.

The bed needs replacing. It was lumpy, uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. I ended up sleeping on the quilt with it wrapped over me like a sleeping bag. I couldn't imagine a couple attempting to sleep on it successfully.

Lovely location for visiting the Urmaston area with all the facilities you could imagine.

Surprisingly large and we were 3 guests. Great layout that gives you your own space and two excellent en-suites! Kitchen facilities were excellent too! Close to the Trafford centre as well.

The location was great very close to the train station and lots of shops and restaurants close by. Austin was very helpful and even got me some milk. It had everything you needed for your stay. Bed was absolutely comfortable slept like a baby for 9 and half hours

Was a little cold at times heating came on whenever it was set but was only Luke warm

Quite disappointing.

The host was friendly.

Mismatched broken furniture, grubby and in need of a good redecorate and fix up, the bathroom was in a bad state as the shower drain was badly blocked and the sink leaked onto the floor. The place was in need of a good clean and was in a state of disrepair. Very disappointed for the price of the place. I’ve stayed in much nicer places for less money.

Lovely stay

This apartment was in a good location with a bus stop just a 3 min walk away. It was lovely, warm and comfy. The facilities were good and the shower was hot. We will be returning.

The only issue we had was with the oven it didn't seem particularly hot so it took a lot longer to cook food. Not a major issue, just a minor inconvenience

Nonthing to dislike only problem was we couldn't find any heating to turn on the redatiors it felt very cold at night we had had to put on the small heater on but it got very hot the plug but other than that it was very good :) we hope to come and stay next time

Good value, good location, large comfy flat

location was great for travelling to Old Trafford, lots of local amenities. Flat was large and well facilitated, comfy beds, easy to check in and out, good for parking.

Really smells of damp in the communal area, the flat is fine. Flat needs a good clean up, grubby hand marks on doors and dusty dirty skirting boards.

Great stay, only issue was parking

Excellent location, and a lovely host. The apartment had everything you would need. Easy check in and check out. A comfortable and warm house, would definitely stay again.

The only issue was the parking on the driveway, cars were doubled up so you would have to keep moving your car if people wanted to get out.

Close to amenities but will not stay again.

Location was good. Fully equipped kitchen, but we didn't need it

It is in need to repairs. Dirt on walls, bits hanging off (like something was screwed into the wall), pain peeling off, water stains/damage, faulty shower (head would not stay up), back door apparently broken, blood stains on duvet cover. Due to it being hot we threw the duvet off to find what appears to be blood stains on the underside. luckily there was a plain white duvet cover in the broken wardrobe which we used instead as a light sheet over us.

I had a great time, felt safe and was comfortable

Location was great fot getting about, buses trains to anywhere. It’s a breeze to and from the airport, Mcr Walkable to Trafford centre and old a Trafford.

No dislike, I know the area and was able to reconnect easily. Maybe expecting to #1 directly across from #2 was a little different and unexpected but the counsel is responsible.

My stay was very comfortable and I hope to stay there again

I liked the fact that the wifi code was given straight away in the first message with the key lock box code. The host answered straight away when I had a query. It felt like a very secure location on the ground floor. The garden could be seen through the lounge and kitchen window and was accessible if you wanted to sit outside. The bed was really comfortable. The shower was not a cubicle but non slip tiles and curtains and the toilet was higher than most, which I prefer.

I cannot say there was anything I did not like but a few more hooks would be good, especially in the bathroom. And I hadn't realised that the washing machine (and hoovers) were in another room - found them the day I was leaving :)

A lovely apartment with Ll

We came to stay for a family funeral. The apartment was close by our family so it was very convenient. And on the Tues evening there were lots of lovely restaurants to choose from for dinner. It was great yo have the kitchen for making breakfast and the living room to relax, as we'd had such an early start flying from Belfsst that morning. Also the property was very quiet and with no noise disturbances for us to sleep.

As non smokers, I honestly was disappointed that the balcony was full was cigarettes butts, which really should have been cleared so thar the next guests do not have to see them. I feel that is a must for future people coming. Even leave an ashtray for smokers so that the cleaners can empty it when cleaning for the next traveller's. Also, a hand towel for the bathroom would be good too. Apart from the cigarette butts on the balcony and the no hand towel, everything was great. We would come back and recommend this lovely apartment to others.

Good attempt poor execution

It was nicely arranged and good facilities, nice oven but dishes weren't done so I did them. Nice selection of spices etc left in cupboard.

It was obvious that the cleaner was smoking in the shower and hoping that the ventilation system would remove their smoke but it didn't and agitated my asthma. The electrics gave out 1st night in the bedroom and the lights around the apartment was not working. Extractor light not working hob not secure on counter top and the list goes on

The apartment felt unkept. It was bare , tatty and and in need of T L C .there was a couch but no cushions, only one bath towel ect for two guests and a general feel of uncleanliness.there was also a cigarette packet and bit s of rubbish from previous guests and the bed covers were , although clean , had stains on . Disappointing. And my girlfriend then refused to stay there ! .not good

Great location, plenty of space (though wouldn’t like to share because of lack of privacy between bedrooms) everything you need for a stay, lovely to have access to outside space; free WiFi

No privacy between bedrooms (but we were just a couple so didn’t matter to us), needs a little bit of tlc to decor, bath and sink plugs don’t work, sheets were very scratchy on main bed but there was a spare sheet that we used instead.

Location - though a way from Manchester, and I don't drive, good bus services near to flat. Also reasonable choice of shops and restaurants nearby; but still nice quiet street.

Comfortable apartment in good location

Great location near to Urmston shops and restaurants. Also very quiet. Bed was comfortable and tea and coffee were provided.

Our car got blocked in by another guest. Freezer was unusable. There was no bread / chopping board and no suitable knife for cutting bread. We could have used a tea towel and hand towel in the kitchen. Shower gel and shampoo are not provided.

The apartment was ideally located. A short 5 minute walk into Urmston took us straight to the venue for our family do. Parking on site was a great added bonus.

We had a problem with the shower but it didn't impact too much on our stay.
