Globe Apartments M16

The studio was very cosy and clean. There are all basics and even more as it had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (even if I didn't use it I think it was nice). I loved that there were extra towels, pillows and sheets. the kitchen has all the basics needed. The bed was actually very comfy. There is a TV that you can watch from the comfort of the bed and a table to eat and work. The bathroom is lovely, the mirror has a led light which is very cool and the shower was amazing. There is a washing machine in the corridor. There are also a few restaurants nearby and a Morrisons only 15 minutes walk. Even if it's a very busy road during the day it was quiet once during the night so I could sleep soundly.

Clean warm spacious

Very spacious apartment. All amenties working. Got email and passcode for netflix which was great for myself and daughter to watch a film. Clean and a good standard.

A few things, firstly the wrong number of the building on the booking site. Should be 256a this needs to be amended on site as no number 262 exists! The lock box didnt have a key in initially and cleaner had to hand it to me. Correspondance was through app which is ok, but when there are problems phone is much easier, even though phone was answered on the 2nd attempt. I think a welcome pack would be a nice touch, maybe tea/coffee/milk to make a drink on arrival. Shower instructions may be a bonus. Toilet roll holder was loose on wall. Wardrobe doors didnt have handles. If 2 guests are staying then i think 2 towels would be a minimum. Thanks

We only booked for one night, the location was perfect for what we needed and was pretty cheap, was easy to find, there was an issue with the key, but was sorted after a quick phone call.

The apartment is really nice, its ashame It wasn't very clean at all, pots on the draining rack dirty, the bin was full of cans and broken glass, the walls full of marks and squished spiders! The bed was clean which is the only reason we stayed and didn't leave, the walls are really thin, could literally hear the women next doors phone call, the bed was ok, and only 1 towel for 2 people. Its ashame really, because the apartment was really nice and modern, nice kitchen area and bathroom, it was just the cleanliness that let it down.
