Beautiful apartment, comfortable and well located

The property was exactly as described and the same as the pictures everything was clean, the place is easily accessible. I had a friend come to stay and the sofa bed was easy to assemble also. There’s a tube station around a 5-10 min walk away which is a good link to most places in Manchester. You also have a retail park 5 mins away which was very helpful. Overall I had a lovely stay and would come again

The apartment was clean and communication was good. A huge shame about the sewer smell.

The location of the property was really nice! I’ve stayed in the same apartment complex before with another landlord. The communication was amazing aswell and the instructions of the check in process was super easy to follow.

As soon as you walked into the apartment there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the drains/ boiler room, a sewer type of smell. It pretty much engulfed the hallway and kitchen. It was really off putting and I had to purchase some strong air freshener and diffuser as my friend & I were staying for a few nights.

Excellent, no other words for it.

Absolutely nothing was left to chance in any way!. Our Host Saf made contact pretty much as soon as I booked a (pretty last minute!) 5-Day Stay with my 10 year old Son. The Apartment was fantastic, clean, comfortable and modern, and the Apartment & Block was also very clean and secure. Literally straight across the road from Old Trafford Cricket Ground, 5 mins walk away from Old Trafford Cricket Ground Tram Stop, and 5 mins walk away from Old Trafford Football Ground. The Apartment also came complete with a Parking Pass for a numbered space within the Car Park supplied. The spaces are quite ‘tight’, but we had no issues at all. An easy 10 / 15 min walk to Salford Quays / Media City, and there is a Tesco Express just around the corner. All in all, I am very happy with both the Apartment, and with the efforts Saf made to ensure everything was spot on for us during our stay. I will definitely return, and would more than happily recommend to others 👍🏻

Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Manchester, we would definitely stay here again☺️

The only very minor issue we had was the apartment being very hot despite having fans on and windows open but that’s to be expected in the summertime!

Great stay was close to the Victoria warehouse where we went to a concert for so was an ideal location and great apartme

The property was clean and spacious, the WiFi was good and the tv provided had access to entertainment (Netflix and Spotify). The heating worked well keeping us comfortable and communication between us and the owner was easy to follow and helpful. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Only thing I could point out is that the Netflix and other entertainment accounts are shared so when someone else is using it we weren’t able to however didn’t really cause a big issue.

The apartment is fab and has everything you need, the location is perfect for matches or a stay outside the city as it so close to the stadium and to the tram station. The owner was so pleasant to deal with and responded to all messages so promptly, thanks Saf for an amazing stay.

It was a pleasant stay.

The apartment was clean, beautiful and well-designed. Communication with the host was seamless

Rubbish from the previous guest was left in the bin, also, there were no bin bags, I had to go out to buy some to use elsewhere as the bin was already filled with rubbish from the previous guest. The doors did not lock. I had to spend the first night with doors unlocked. It took contacting the host on day 2 when the door refused to lock on my way out and I was running late to an appointment to know that the battery in the door lock machine had died and there was a manual key, with instructions on how to get it…….. I would have loved it if this information had been provided when/before I arrived. I also got to find out then that there was a way to lock the door from inside the apartment. Thankfully, the host (Saf) was responsive. I suggest new batteries are put in before and after every medium-length stay to avoid situations like this. Outside the above, it was a pleasant stay.

A few problems but overall a positive stay

The property was very bright and comfortable with lots of useful facilities, including a smart TV equipped with streaming services, kitchen appliances, and fans for if the flat got too warm (which it did occasionally). The location was great and the host replied very promptly when we had any issues. The bed and sofa were comfortable and the bathroom very clean so it was overall a very comfortable stay and I would stay again.

We were a bit disappointed to arrive at the property to see that the sofa bed had been made up which, as a couple, we didn’t ask for (nor were we asked if we wanted it), so it was a little frustrating to arrive and have to put that away before being able to use the sofa. Also, the clean plates/bowls set up on the table when we arrived were, when we looked closer, actually a bit dirty with some sticky stuff inside the bowls and on the plates, so we did also have to wash all the dishes again before using them. Additionally, though the property boasted good facilities that we could use including a dishwasher and washing machine, there were only 2 dishwasher tablets provided for our stay of 4 days, and the washing machine was full of wet towels when we arrived which we had to remove before use. Finally, the door to the property uses a battery powered keypad rather than a key which is handy for not needing to carry and risk losing a key, but there was no failsafe system provided should this mechanism fail which, unfortunately, it did. One of us went downstairs to collect a takeaway and, upon return, tried the keypad and it wouldn’t let them in. Luckily I was inside so could open the door manually. We tried the keypad lock several times to see if it was a fluke, but it seemed the batteries had ran out so the door was completely inaccessible from the outside. I messaged the host and they replied very quickly to let us know that there was key safe outside with a key to use instead of the keypad. It was a scary situation as if we had both gone downstairs without our phones (as my partner did), we would have come back upstairs completely unable to access the flat or contact the host. Because of this I do feel it would be a good idea to provide guests with the code to the key safe ahead of their stay just in case the door mechanism fails in this way. It would definitely put me at ease should I stay again.

Amazing and would go again

The host clearly explained how to use the equipment, enter the building, and so on. It came with central heating that we could control and even a TV. There were also hot drinks available. Everything seemed clean and easy to use a metro.

The location was amazing but you have to travel with a metro if you want to eat out unless you are fine with walking in the cold for around 20mins. The hot drink options were good but if you only take tea then there isn't an option for English breakfast. This wasn't a big deal and I loved my stay regardless of this.

we all loved everything about this apartment , Sad the host was very responsive and the space and being all ladies foing to a show was plenty ! emough mirrors and get ready space for us all ! the rooms were all gorgeous, well done to the host , we will be back in the new year x Nadine, Joanna, Eveie and Amber xx

Disappointing and draughty = bad sleeping experience. Lack of a personal service from host to guest.

The beds were not made up upon (a late)arrival and no towels. The sofa bed (requested by myself several times) was not made up at all during our stay and no bedding provided. One of the large windows in the lounge was broken so there was a continual draught and the flat was cold. Only 1 thin duvet supplied. We booked for 2 nights but couldn't bring ourselves to 'sleep' another so went home at 3pm! The door locking mechanism didn't work the second day so had to ask for a lockbox key (would've been easier to do this from the start). Mostly 'automated' replies from host.

We kunnen niks anders zeggen dan een fantastische accommodatie. Locatie was perfect, alles wat binnen 5 min loopafstand. Appartement was zeer schoon en had alles wat je nodig had!

Wanneer de zon schijnt buiten is het binnen in het appartement bloedheet. Echt niet te doen! Er staan wel mobiele airco’s maar de hitte was echt verschrikkelijk. Ook is het vrij gehorig vanwege de drukke weg wanneer je de ramen open zet!
