Great location and value for money for a night in Birmingham City centre

I like the location

It was on the third floor. The bathroom could have been more clean. There was a lot of stuff out.

Great place to stay

I did like the room. It was quite cosy with a decent size space for an apartment with nice white walls and wardrobe. A nice double bed feeling very comfortable when sleeping and the owners were really cool and great to talk with them. :)

I say the only thing I didn't like was the street to look for. Couldn't really find where the entrance was until you contacted them, and you realised the gate is the entrance to get inside. Not much of a sign to give a clear description, but that was only dislike I had. Everything else was great 👍

I'd go back as it's a brilliant location, really central and Nik was very welcoming.

The welcome from Nik was great and the two cats were great fun. I felt safe as a lone traveller. The room was clean and a towel was provided and I was given access to the fridge and kettle and micorowave.

The room was a bit bleak and it had a really high ceiling and no window, just a skylight. It wasn't too noisy on a Saturday night but there was a bit of liveliness going on outside.

Great for the price you pay :)

The host was very hospitable and provided all the info as I was welcomed. The kitty appeared as well so that was nice surprise. The location is great, I would recommend it to anyone who's staying for a day or two.

I don't mind the stairs but if anyone is travelling with heavy luggage it is something to consider. I would've only wished for a thicker pillow, but that could be a personal preference.

It was good value for the price

This is a family home, so be prepared to share bathroom with other people that live there. Amazing location near New Street station. You have a whole room to yourself, and if the price stays low it’s nothing to wish for more.

Was not given a key to apartment, so had to worry if they pick up the phone when I am back from concert. Also Didn’t get to see the kitty :(
