Location, the owner, comfy room, quiet environment.
Sometimes it was cold in the night and noisy music at 2 am from neighbours.

The owner was friendly & helpful on arrival.
The was spacious & clean.
There was no lock on the door with 2 guys staying there made us feel unsafe.
No TV or WiFi
The write up said wash stuff was provided- the bathroom was full of mould I chose not to have a shower.
The smell of smoke thru out the flat wasn't nice.
