Belgrave View Birmingham Centre

On main bus route to city and university which was great. All the staff were lovely and helpful when needed. Room was very affordable and convenient for what I needed.

My room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 3pm and I had to wait for a bit to get my key while they cleaned it. My room was also really hot with no way to cool it down. Even at nighttime when it was 12-14celsius outside, my room must have been in the 20s because I was sweating. As soon as I shut the (very small) window it would immediately start heating up again. I had to sleep with the window open and the sound of traffic. Also would’ve been helpful for them to provide a bin in the room seeing as they want you to tidy the room fully before you leave.
