There are alot of bed bugs and floor was sticky as well.plus location is not good as well I just left room really quick

Like a crack house

Nothing, i felt extremely unsafe and my partner booked a premier inn. I've seen crack houses in better condition and i will be taking this further- i didn't even have a key and there was mould in the drawers/cupboard

Everything!, i felt extremely unsafe i am epileptic and my partner booked a premier inn when i sent her videos of how unsafe and disgusting this place is, it is not supposed to be a hotel and my uber driver told me that aswell just from looking at it. I've seen crack houses in better condition and i will be taking this further- i didn't even have a key and there was mould in the drawers/cupboard. Absolutely dive of a place. Didn't help that the "cleaner" nothing was clean in my room and he kept shouting at me cause i had difficulty opening the front door which resulted in spit hitting my face several times. I NEEDED somewhere to leave my valuables (and feel safe but this is definitely not it and my partner had the same kind of issue with you once too so it's definitely not a one off) Once in there was mould and about an hour after I'd reached my new hotel i got a pretty unwelcoming text which I'll share however i mostly have videos of the property, the floor wasn't even fitted properly, the list could go on! I will NEVER use booking.com in the future and neither will my partner or family after this.

Unpleasant and unsanitary.

The bed was comfortable

The bathroom was completely unusable. Nothing but urine and dead flies on the floor. I had to drive into town to use the toilet in a cafe. Says there is parking available but I had to park down a side road. The gardens looked like they just had a full skip dumped into them.

It was ok for what you paid.

The bedroom was fairly clean and acceptable and I suppose you get what you pay for.

The outside of the property looks a bit like a crack den and though it says free parking there is one space only and no where else close to park if someone has already taken the space.

Cheap but expect a cheap house

Good size room and bed. Good value. Good for a 1 night sleep but that's it. Good location.

Very unclean in general, hair all over the bathroom, stains on the toilet seats, and hair in the showers. Walls within the house very unclean with many stains. Fridge was covered in food spills and hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Was just like a cheap uni accommodation

Nice size bedroom and bed and good furniture. Quite clean.

I was messed about by owner. First they give me a room on the bottom floor when I get there I can find or get in then I’m told it’s on the third floor because someone used my original room. Going up the stairs to 3rd floor was not great. The worse thing was the room was sooooo hot even with the window open as heat rises. I told the manager who did nothing to help very poor service and communication. The room needs a fan and tv on wall. It was so hot I couldn’t sleep so left the hotel at midnight.

The room and the price was ok on the advert but at the end I wished I slept at the train station than what I experienced

It was cheap £30+ a night

It was super dirty, there were bunch of hairs all over the floor and other dirts from the previous user. I contacted the owner to know if there was a mistake because it looked like someone else was still in the room, plus it smelled bad and he said to me “ we don’t have to clean everyday “. For someone in hospitality business this was very lame. If I was having the room for a couple of days yes I wouldn’t expect you to clean while I was there but not cleaning after a previous user before the new person was to come was a poor treatment, I am not sure the sheets were changed after the last person that used them. And the response couldn’t have been any better. I left and returned to the room late at night and checked out early in the morning at 7 am to wait in town till my appointment in the afternoon. That was a very disappointing experience.

Located on an easily accessible road.

Cheap, ramshackle furnishings. WiFi had parental controls enabled. No hosts on site. Thin walls had me hearing another guest coughing all night.

Reasonable decent stay

Room was big spacious reasonably clean had what you need for a stay bed wardrobe table etc. location was ok.

Other parts of the hotel need a lot more care the entrance overgrown bushes weeds makes it look horrible the back garden is even worse although you can’t access it the view from the bedroom is off putting. The bathroom was dirty with rubbish left in the bathroom sink cabinet the shower glass was dirty and odd metal screws left in the shower basin. The floor needs a bath mat as it gets slippery when you come out of the shower and the floor is wet. The kitchen also a little dirty and needs some paint work on the window sill where it’s all coming off. It would be good to have a small tv in the bedroom so you can watch tv privately. There is no parking on the road of the accommodation you have to park else where in other side roads which is disappointing. The price of this room for these reasons needs to be lower.
