Charming Studio Apartment with Netflix

Spacious and had many needs met, warm, comfortable and secure. Not far from the venue. Our host was great too when we talked.

Some of the finishings were not perfect and we struggled with the tv but didn’t mind, was beyond our expectations and good value.

Very responsive to any requests. Acted quickly. Good communications.

A mirror in the bathroom would usefulgood

The host listened to my request as this was my 2nd week in a row of staying with them. the location was clean, much better than the previous week when I stayed with them.

It did not have a microwave and hooks to hang the towel in the bathroom.Everything else was almost excellent.

The apartment was very modern, good facilities like the washing machine. The shower had good pressure. The staff at Zoom Inns were very friendly.

The tv did not connect to the Internet for several days and needed this to watch anything as there was no aerial. I asked several times but no one came to assist. In the end I had to try to figure out the settings on the tv and one of them had blocked the IP address. After 3 days I managed to figure it out on my own and used my own Netflix account to watch tv. The shower was blocked, on the first day I was standing in dirty water from the drain, debris which looked like food and other unmentionables was swimming around in the bottom of the shower, I tried to unblock it myself when no one came and used products I bought myself. At the end of the stay the debris was gone but the shower was still slow to drain suggesting it was still blocked. First night I shared the bathroom with a family of woodlice which were relocated and the problem did not return. The area is not the best and felt unsafe leaving my bedroom window open for air as at nighttime I could hear people talking outside it, rubbish was left outside it so night times were unbearably hot.
